Order has taken twice as long as promised(max3weeks), it’s been 6weeks and still no information of order status. Tried to call company several times, but impossible to get through.

Just some warnings if you want to buy a Seabird kayak.
I have two Seabird kayaks, one bought in 2007 and one in 2017, the last one being a Salt 55, it is a continuation of the 2007 SeaBird Design Touring. The Seabird Design Touring is a much better-design/quality kayak, it is lighter, faster, more stable and far better built than the 2017 Salt 55. The Salt 55 has cracks along the hull, and it has been used 1/100 of time of the Design Touring.
I have tried to contact SeaBird at "info at seabirddesigns.no" but they do not replay. I will not buy kayaks again from this company, they have no customer service, and the quality has deteriorated over the years.
I have one Stellar kayak, it has the quality you would expect from a kayak, so see if you find a better supplier of your kayak!
