AdButter Media – John Sodano (Kajabi Expert) Review
My experience with Kajabi expert John Sodano (AdButter Media, Boston MA) began earlier in 2025. I originally contacted him in March 2025 about possibly helping with Kajabi setup, but at that time I did not hire his services.
On September 3, 2025, I officially hired him to help with three specific tasks for my online nutrition education business:
1. Upload and organize my content into Canva
2. Migrate that content into my Kajabi account
3. Begin the initial setup of my Kajabi website, with the understanding that once the content migration was finished, we would collaborate together on the full website design, structure, and layout.
I provided him with the content, prompts, and instructions as requested. The initial content upload into Canva and Kajabi was completed, but the project did not progress into the collaborative website-building phase that we had discussed. Communication and follow-through declined significantly, and the website portion never moved forward the way I expected based on our earlier conversations.
Because of this, my overall experience was not what I had hoped for.
I am sharing this review to provide an honest and factual account of my personal experience so that other business owners can make informed decisions when selecting a Kajabi expert.
