Ordered a pair of shoes back in August 2025. I was emailed 2-3 weeks after ordering that US tariffs were impacting their import of certain materials for the shoes I ordered. They said I could switch to a different style, or wait for the original order. I opted to wait. I reached out again multiple times over the course of the months that have followed. I have yet to receive a reply and due to the timeline I am unable to dispute the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY".

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. It is a scam. It took several weeks to get my boots, and they only shipped after several emails. When I tried to return my boots, no one responded for over a week. They then told me that I could not get a return label despite what their website said. By this time, their website was no longer functional, so I could not take a screen shot. I spent >$40 to return my boots about two months ago and have not received a refund. No one answers my emails or phone calls. I have now spent the money to purchase the boots AND money to return them without a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS "COMPANY."

Scam! Their customer service reps do not even know or follow their own company policies, as advertised on their faqs. It stated “free returns with a $69 purchase”. Not true! They will make you fight for a return label. I had so send them multiple screenshots from their website. Many components of their website is broken. Do mot buy here!

I will never ever purchase shoe from them , after waiting for more than 2 months , and the worst thing is they sent the wrong pair of shoe, submit for refund no respond , email NO reply too. Seller are Scammer , dont trust this seller. Horrible

There should be Zero Stars for Zero customer support for an order never received.
Maybe I'll report them to the BBB.
Customers be aware: this is a bogus company. Probably not even legit.

HORRIBLE customer service. They provide no phone number for an actual human being, their website says they typically respond to emails in 24 hours. It’s been over a week and I emailed them 3 times with no response. NEVER purchasing from them again. The shoes run so small and a nightmare to get an exchange. HORRIBLE.

Submitted an order in 2022 October number 20190119426 and they could not fulfill it till February 2023. I asked them to refund and they said they will. They never refunded and they stopped replying to any messages sent to them as well. Sent several emails including an email last month and today but no reply

I ordered shoes online November 26. I have yet to receive them. They are supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have emailed I tried tracking them through Shop app then they want to give you another app they do not respond. This site is a scam do not buy shoes from them

I received the wrong order and have email 4 times about an exchange and still have heard nothing. Very frustrating.

I want to start by clarifying that yesterday I posted a critical comment about Kaitlyn Pan (it took more than a month to receive my package ) for the delay and, more than anything, for the little help I received every time I wrote complaining about the delivery service - every time I wanted to follow the tracking number it told me that number did not exist.

Today I received the shoes and I want to tell Kaitlyn Pan thanks.

I sincerely recommend KP, using a First World Delivery Service, we would all be delighted and we would not have bad times

I love Kaitlyn Pan! They have such cute affordable styles! I got a pair of sandals and a clutch! The clutch is amazing and looks super high end. The sandals match and are perfect for spring/summer! Would shop here again!

Shoes came faulty- left shoe's toe box points to the left. It was deformed.
Was told I would get my return postage reimbursed once they received the shoes back since it was faulty, however they never reimbursed me and have ignored my emails for over a week.
This is my 3rd purchase from Kaitlyn Pan and my last.
I will be going through my credit card provider to charge back my postage cost.

Update! 14 March 2023
After going through my credit card provider and submitting my reviews detailing my experience, they finally emailed me back on 12 March (3 weeks later) to say:
"The refund has been processed. Please check your inbox for the email notification. Also, kindly remove the review you left. Thank you."
There was no apology and no explanation as to why they ghosted me for 3 weeks.
It is obvious they only bothered to reimburse me for the return shipping as required by Australian Consumer Law due to my review (which is to be confirmed actually went through).
They really expected me to remove my truthful review of my experience with them. Even in their email, they were blunt and rude with no apology for the way they treated me. Very deceptive!

They also removed my review on their Facebook page and never posted my shoe review on their website. Dodgey company who fakes their reviews!

I absolutely love Kaitlyn shoes, I’ve been looking for these exact sling back shoes near very hard to find . I’m so happy Ivy came familiar with. Kaitlyn Pan shoes. I will continue to do business with them in the near future.

I have the Aretha Clip bag and Penelope Messenger from Kaitlyn Pan, and it is indeed cute but functional bags! I love this brand.
