Introducing Kaiber into my workflow has allowed me to enhance my products and what I can offer as services. I went from doing just branding and web design to creating background visuals for dj's and musicians. It's an amazing tool that is easy to learn and becomes better the more you learn to use it.

I have been using kaiber now for roughly 4 months. My experience with using kaiber is that it is user-friendly and makes it easy for someone with minimal video experience, like myself, to produce videos that look professionally made.

What really blew me away was how intuitive the whole process is. You input your text, and Kaiber transforms it into a video that's not just visually appealing, but also closely aligned with your text. It's like magic but better because it's real and at your fingertips.

What truly elevates the experience, though, is the support from the Kaiber community, accessible through the KaiberAi Discord channel. The community, and particularly the community manager Xoczym, provides depth of knowledge about the platform, paired with a sincere eagerness to assist. This has been transformative for me as the community provides solutions to technical challenges, prompting help and a community gallery to view for inspiration!!

There are so many text to video generators,
it's hard to keep up with them all.

The only way to pick the right one is to look at what each one can do, how well they can do it, and how much tech you have to know to get there.

I need videos for my music so I have tried nearly all the ones available.

Kaiber AI stands alone. Especially for music and artistic videos. Kaiber AI is the only video platform where you can create a music video that's 8 minutes long in one render.

All the other places are fragments of 3 or 4 seconds at a time which is kind of crazy. I can't sit there for hours doing 3 seconds at a time, then click extend. In 3 second increments you can't really do much.

Then there's the super technical video places with 80 buttons and sliders with math formulas that I have no idea what I'm doing.

Why should I learn their tech when it's just going to be upgraded and obsolete in a few months with a new development? Are they paying me or am I paying them? lol

Kaiber AI solves all that without needing me to play programmer. It focuses on the art of the video and not the tech of the video.

The questions at each stages are like a consultation where you decide what kind of look you're going for.
You can use an image of yours, choose the colors, a storyline and really get detailed for what you want. Then you can add your music, decide how closely you want it to follow your guidelines.

Then before it does anything, it shows you 4 preview images of what the video is going to look like. This is your time to decide if it understands what you're going after.

I've made over 300 videos through Kaiber AI. It allowed me to make short videos to practice but still look good and then as I got better, of course the videos got better.

Just like lots of bands around the world, I've released some of these videos for the songs. They are an extension of the song. They're not something to stare at while the music is playing.

Kaiber can make stunningly beautiful videos with you. To a band that is intensely personal. These are videos that are not sold anywhere.
This is just me creating something I love to go with my music. And I'm staying up until dawn and then paying on top of that to make that happen.

If you're a band, they even offer a 50% discount to help promote your music. Do you know of any place that offers 50% discounts to bands for anything?

I actually have chosen not to take the 50% discount because the people behind Kaiber should be paid and have more than earned what they charge. I might change my mind one day and sign up as a band, but for at least the first year and 300 videos, I tried to honor what they mean to me.

Places I won't name won't even talk to their users unless it's through Twitter or Discord. At Kaiber, Phil and Christine have been there for tutorials and also for classes on Discord but also through email questions and even live chat.
They're not repeating customer service scripts - they're some of the smartest people I've met.

Some of the other places won't respond, won't answer questions unless I go into Discord and ask a volunteer and some won't even sign their name on the emails if I'm lucky enough to get a response.

A lot of AI places run like they're just counting down the days to get bought out or get cash somehow and they can't be bothered with the people making it possible.
They turn their customers into herds of data centers who are free testers for when they sell their tech to someone bigger who will shutter it and that will be the end.

At Kaiber, they take the time to answer any question you have until you don't have any questions left. They don't talk down to you.

They ask you to rate the videos you get so if you're not happy with it they can make changes for when the next version comes out.
So many places try to buy time by posting papers about how good their video tech will be one day or show videos generators again that no one can access. Not even a wait list.

Let's talk about Sora for a second. The magical thing that no one can use. The best video tech is worthless to me if I can't use it. Not only that, but as good as Sora is supposed to be, it may not be released for months so I can't use it.

If I can't get access to a video generator, they may as well show the video in IMAX because I can't get access to that either.

But that's not even the worst part of the hype.
After all the hype, Sora, supposedly the most advanced video tech in history, the one that will redefine Hollywood can only do one minute at a time. ONE MINUTE. ZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

By the time the "One Minute Miracle" gets released Kaiber will already have released multiple new versions that will look even more stunning.

Kaiber has been able to surprise me so many times…I have paid for pika, Leonardo, RunwayML, and I know there are 3 or 4 others I just can’t remember right now…but kaiber video is the best so far I’ve tested,,.and I pay for adobe and use all its products…..but I pay for more but what I wind up using is always just the kaiber stuff….

That tool helped me to give life to my music. It also upgraded my creativity by making scenarios and animation movies for music videos. The price worth it, you won't find cheapest solution to create animation!

Scam company. Deliberately running false and misleading advertising and dishonestly taking your money for services they do not offer. Do not give these liars and cheats your money.

Went to the site not knowing what to expect. Did a couple little video an they we're pretty cool. So I said 40 bucks to make a few vids what the heck. so I subscribe. My inner Quentin Tarantino came out so I set out to make my first music video.
Told it what I wanted and sat back and waited for my masterpiece. Well, when my master piece was done generating it left me a little disappointed. so I hit the regeneration button without looking to see if it was gonna cost me more credits. Foolishly I did it a few times.
When I reach out to their team. I got a response quickly. They were very understanding and help me get credits back. Pretty cool but then they also started helping me understand how to use the features better and what I should expect. Then they went out of their way to schedule a time to talk and the provided me with information about Kaiser but also some other tools that have been a life saver. You may not get your perfect on the first shot but most of the AI tools are like that. I am seeing some excellent videos since then and it's only getting better. If they treat everyone like they have treated me, I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Love this app, the discord team are awesome and friendly and have also been mentoring me with prompting etc, any issues ive had have been solved by the team and XO has been incredible in making me feel welcome

Had a really positive experience with the head of support, was able to sort my issues quickly and was polite and friendly. made the experiece feel less stressful. really thankful for sorting my issue. highly recommend kaiber.

These guys are scammy and practice terrible communication!!! I tried several times to cancel and they still won't undo my subscription to them. Adrian, one of their customer service reps has been so ignorant.

Started a free trial which I cancelled before the cutting date due to the poor user experience. 10 months later and they keep charging me for a subscription I haven't used whatsoever!! Worse thing is, after getting no resolution through email. I called my bank to block their transactions and somehow the still found a way to keep deducting me under a different entity name! This is a clear abuse of my private information.

The Customer Support has been terrible (been contacting them since Sep 2023). They're now disregarding my emails and don't do anything to resolve it or provide a refund, which now leads me to write this review... CAREFUL WITH THIS PLATFORM - FAR FROM BEING SECURE.

So, when it comes to using this service, I actually liked the results. You can achieve videos, that although have limited movements, still resembles animation. I used Kaiber for a month, and I wanted to continue.

Little did I know, that they would just take my money, without fulfilling their obligations.

I purchased a monthly subscription with a musician discount. Used it for a week or so, and was out of credits. When I wanted to purchase more credits, I noticed that my credit card information was gone from the page.

"Huh, that's weird." I thought.

When I tried to add my card info again, I ended up in the world of pain. Suddenly, my subscription canceled automatically... I could not buy a new one. But the worst part, a WATERMARK was on my videos, THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR! I remind you, that this was not supposed to happen, because my subscription did not expire, it was canceled by their system. So the videos I made were unusable, and the time that I paid for? They just took it, without providing a service in full.

Support told me that they have a problem with a payment processor, and they will contact me when the issue is fixed. Fair enough.

It's been two months. Nothing from the support. No updates, nothing. I will definitely never use this service again, and will not recommend it.

I like using the app but what draws me to give a 2 star is when I wanted to upgrade, I was told I had to try and use a different browser, then I had to delete and use a different email just to upgrade, now I want to buy a credit pack and it won't let me.
