AVOID: Ghost company

I bought my pair of glasses just over a year ago. It took a while to get them delivered but eventually got them. Appart from the fact that it's actually quite hard to "take them apart" to clean the lenses, the frame holding the corrective lense broke after 8 months and now, one of the branches just snapped (14 months!). They are supposed to be under warranty but it looks like they ran away: no reply to several emails, phone rings but nobody picks it up... They're gone!

Avoid this shambolic company

Ordered a pair of prescription cycling glasses. Was excited due to low cost but what a joke of a company. Waited for 2 weeks and no delivery. Tried to phone on multiple occasions. No answer! Email after email and an eventual reply stating that my order had not been processed due to ‘high demand’. Eventually had to use the help of PayPal’s dispute resolution service to get a full refund. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company, my sports sunglasses arrived all distorted, they ignored my first email.
Eventually replied to my second email and they sent me a replacement frame, meaning I have to transfer the inserts and lenses myself! If I was an optician I wouldn't have gone to them in the first place. Definitely one for trading standards to look at... Do not order at any cost!!

Money Gone, No Product, No Comms

Happily have taken my money, no communication despite ringing the number daily and sending several emails for an order update.

The chat facility on the site is pointless, apparently 'Gavin' is available 24/7. Never seems to respond.

I wouldn't bother, personally pay a little more money and go elsewhere.

If anything changes, I will then update my review.

Kaga Optics/Peter's Optical are NOT registered with General Optical Council (GOC). The GOC is a professional body that regulates the optic industry to maintain high professional standards.
The inserts are poor quality and will break within 6 months. Poor communication.
Prescription was incorrect in one of my replacement inserts.
They offered me free pair of glasses for my troubles but never honoured it. Just look at their most recent eBay reviews and Facebook messages.

Great Value for Money

Bought the Sensory model last year, £84 with an extra lens. Comfortable to wear easy to interchange lenses, was a little sceptical given the price but have been very happy with them so far.
Value for money is bang on
