Short and simple: front company for pirated junk, a firm that cannot and will not provide a professional standard of service. Avoid them, and put some shame and pressure on Google to remove the company's ubiquitous ads.

It took two week to ship the shoes from China and they were Not as described at all. Fake leather not genuine leather, wrong brand name (received "laobeijing", not Kaaum, unfit size and inaccurate description, (not EE width I want), shoes were made with poor quality. Tried to return and get refund. They insisted shoes are fine and refused refund. Had to contact my credit card company for dispute. This is a fraudulent business practice. Shoes look nice on website but surely you will receive garbage like bad quality goods from them. We will never buy from them again. Even their reviews on Amazon are fake.
Be aware.

Wish this review could have been written with zero stars. I ordered water shoes on 9/13 for a trip. My confirmation on the 14th indicated I would not receive them for two weeks. Which was not good. I cancelled order immediately but was told it was too late. Already shipped. When I received confirmation of shipment it did not ship until the 18th. All of my correspondence was of no use. I would never order from Kaaum again. Quality is so bad and costs over double that of what was ordered from amazon. Told I could send back but the postage would be more than they are worth. Plus I’d never get a credit.

Kaaum seemingly makes nice, comfortable shoes. I’ve tried to order shoes twice and, both times there has been sizing issues. You can’t really send them back, because the original packaging they require to return them, at your own cost, is a bag that you have to cut open to get the shoes. The first time I ordered, it took me months to get the right size. The second time, when I ordered the same size, they were at least an inch too long. My suggestion is you go into a shoe store and try on a pair of shoes, and make sure they fit. When you order shoes that cost more to return than they do to make, nothing good can come from it.

Wish they had negative stars, I would give them hundreds. Same as the other reviews, the size shoe I ordered is nowhere near what it should be, much larger and the shoes reeked of chemicals. After several emails and being told I could send them back for a refund, a month later I receive an email saying I cannot return them. I am trying to dispute this through PayPal, but I doubt I will get any money back. This company should be shut down.

Horrible Horrible Horrible company! Shoes must be made in a sweat shop in China. The US Shoe sizes are too small and you can't return them even if you buy through PayPay! Pay Pal should be ashamed of doing gbusiness with this company.

I haven't bought nothing from this company. I truly feel everyone's pain. However, no one saw the red shoes with the same design as Reebox. And they kept showing the same repeat of shoes on every page 1-7. I really feel for you all and I pray you all get your money back or BBB will shut them down. Please always look for detail ,cause those red shoes are Reebox design, red flag. And always check ALL reviews and the company refund offers. May God bless you all. They will get theirs one day. Shoes are poorly made and size is incorrect.Loose fitting and cheaply made!I purchased direct for a refund and the company's representative said they could not refund my purchase.Do not by from this company!They are a scam.

If I could I would give the company not even a star. The customer service does not help once they need to refund for a returned product. It is a loss of money and effort to try to get my money back. The product is not even close to a fake quality. The shoes are made of plastic instead of leather.

I get that this is a company to avoid but how is it acceptable to leave a one star review when you have never bought anything. I haven’t either but this 5 star rating maybe makes the point

The worse company where I bought something. Bad service, rumpled and damage stuff, bad quality. I strongly don't recommend. Not all things we can get and big problems with returns.

I ordered a cell phone case 2 months ago and still don't have it. I emailed them several times about my order and get the same response about shopping logistics. I would NEVER order from this company again - they are HORRIBLE!!

Pretty much the same I’ve seen from all the other reviews. Complete scam. Bought 3 pairs in a size 12 and all were different sizes and poorly made. Return support “Anrina” just keeps asking the same questions wants photos. False advertising because these products are not even close to the pictured products you think you are purchasing and show up crammed in a plastic bag.

Shoes are shipped from China. They merely arrived in a plastic bag (no box).

They were too big. I tried to exchange them. This was impractical because I would have to pay expensive shipping on a relatively inexpensive product.

If I could leave a negative review I would. Website says will take returns but they do not. They dont acknowledge you. I placed a $100 order and they offered me a $5 refund. Im disputing the charge bc they dont honor their policy

Horrible order Processing - Don’t Buy!!!

I purchased a phone cover for $19.95. Upon delivery in early August, I put in on my iphone 8. A small piece broke off near the volume buttons, but I kept it anyway. My mistake. The sides of the case split off the last week of August. I sent an email to Kaaum customer service for a refund. I was told the warranty was 20 days and had expired. They offered me a new one at a "lower price". The phone case lasted less than a month......Unbelievable.....this company is unethical and should be put out of business. Stay away!

Ordered $40 shoes using their sizing, quality was not good and did not fit, so wanted return, but only offered me $5. Packaging in a plastic bag was minimal and not adequate, and was opened.

Shoes showed up more than an inch shorter than American shoes in the same size. I measured them against 3 pairs of shoes and they were all an inch longer. When I brought this to their attention the offered to sell me a new pair at a discount or me pay to ship them back and refund the purchase price.

Only kicker ship[ping is $27 and shoe price is $35. Why waste my time. Shoes will be any size available, labeled anything available and not be what you ordered,
