On holiday in the Lake District I did some shopping(5Oct16)in Ooh-La-La
Hawhshead. I paid by visa for goods to the value of £40.but was billed to the value of £160 On contacting the shop there was no help to resolve the problem.I have requested a copy of my bill but so far no response .(10Feb17). As this shop deals mainly with visitors I warn customers to
keep and scrutinize their receipts for over charging before leaving the shop.
