I can assure you, one billion percent, that they take this information to sell it online due to their greed for more money. Hello. My order went into HOLD status after payment. Order number 5DGHZVMJ.
The order was placed on April 4th. They wrote to me by email asking me to provide information for verification, I provided it, and received silence in response. I wrote to the chat on the site, they asked me again for verification data, I sent it, the employee said that he had sent another request. It's already April 7th. There is no answer. Be carefull when ordering.
I saw an offer for a software key. Total price for 36€. Ordered with paypal. To require my key I suddenly was obligated to make an account. After the account was made. They required me to give my personal data. After that was given they requested copies of one of my personal documents. I kindly rejected and asked a refund. Personally they should request this info before payment. Digital copies of my personal documents I find overkill for a key of 36€. Ended with a refund but I had to message a few times. Don't recommend.

Too complex and the up sell is insane
It was very hard to just buy the game. you guys have all these things to try to increase the price/upsell your services that clearly arnt needed. Plus your service fee shouldn't be over a dollar for a game I bought for $5.
