Spencer was the representative that took care of me. To my surprise he was very kind, polite, and patient with me. Since I had several destination, he took his time to get each detail correct. And most importantly, saved me so much money in comparison to actual rates available. The man definitely understands what customers service really is and deserves a raise and promotion.

Never book with this website!! After I booked my ticket, arranged a hotel and informed my family (my booking was a surprise), I got a phone call that they couldn’t confirm my booking.
I had to pay the DOUBLE amount of money!! I couldn’t speak with the manager because it was weekend!!
I was planning to leave tomorrow but now I had to cancel because they couldn’t confirm my flight. Very bad experience!! Would never book with k2tickets!! What a SCAM!

Just booked a great price flight, and made sure to have read the "fees/taxes portion of the fine print. Booked at a too good to be true price and sure enough....About 2 hours after booking I got a call saying that the flight wasn't processed and I needed to pay more. This felt like a phishing scheme. I did go and check directly with the airline following and the prices were close to what was quoted by K2tix. I'd wish the prices were listed upfront, that would have kept me from feeling scammed.

I had a very good experience working with Camilo. After talking to several other travel agents who gave me a price that was more than $100 higher than what was showing on skyscanner.com, K2 was reachable by phone whenever I called. Camilo was very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with. I would have given K2 a 5 star rating if there was not a significant delay (more than 5 hours) in getting the ticket issued. Thank you again for getting me a much better deal than what was available directly with the airline.
