We have used K1 plumbing to replace our boiler and replace 5 bathrooms. They were very good, timely, respectful. Would recommend.

After an unfortunate experience to resolve my boiler's issue, I have had the pleasure to meet Kayvan. He literally was spot on the issue. Very helpful, gentle with great knowledge of the work. I enjoyed every minute being with him. I am extremely satisfied with the work and with Kayvan as a person. I recommend him with no doubt. I have finally found the person I can rely on, when the difficult time will come. 5 stars

Kayvan is very professional and fixed our leaking pipe efficiently with no fuss. It was late in the evening and an emergency call out as well. Top man!

Kayvan is brilliant - our boiler was leaking and he came and diagnosed the problem immediately. He then offered us various options to fix the problem and we opted for a new boiler. He organised everything and installed the boiler really quickly and efficiently. He was responsive and arrived on schedule. Not only that, but he came back to install our new oven and hob for free! Keyvan is brilliant. Very prompt and responsive, while also professional. Turns up and gets to work, no messing around but also willing to explain and offer what appears to be honest and fair advice / guidance.

I’m extremely impressed with the service provided by Mr. Khuram and Mr.Ilyas. My boiler and hot water system had stopped working, and they arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue straight away. Another heating solution came and took 3 and a half hour but didnt fixed the issue. What really amazed me was that they fixed everything within just 15 minutes- they started work @11:55-left @11:10
Both were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They explained the issue clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend their service to anyone who needs reliable and fast boiler or hot water repairs.

K1 did an excellent job of upgrading my boiler and dealing with some issues that previous plumbers had done a terrible job on. Kayvan is very knowledgeable and thorough and it is great to know I am in safe hands.

I used K1 twice and both experiences were excellent. In the first one, I needed an emergency repair of a combi boiler. Job was neatly done in 1 hour. In the second one, I needed a new smart thermostat installation for the same boiler. Again the work was very well done. In both instances, Kayvan was thorough in his explanation of details and showed to be extremely knowledgeable on plumbing matters, which makes us extra confident to use K1 again.

Kayvan was professional , knowledgable and does what he says he’ll do efficiently and quickly with no mess . Our previous plumber did not do the best job so Kayvan and his team had to sort out pressure issues with our boiler installing an expansion vessel and a pump to get consistent hot water and pressure in our home . Bolier was serviced too ! Will use again 100% !! Finding an experienced and professional plumber is hard to find ! Thanks Kayvan

K1 fitted a new Vaillant boiler 12 months ago at one of our rental properties and recently came back to upgrade the thermostat to a wireless Honeywell and complete the annual gas safe certificate. Kayvan is knowledgeable and accommodating.

K1 Plumbing were excellent.
We had a leaking main water valve and they responded the same day, fixed it within 15 minutes (despite it being in a hard to get to location) and were courteous throughout.
There were no sharp in takes of breath and the charge was reasonable for an emergency call out.
Will definitely be using them again.

Great out of hours response from K1 Plumbing! Arrived quickly for a water pipe leaking even though it was past 9pm, and fixed the issue quickly. Even went above and beyond to show us the stopcock location in the building. Highly recommend them.
