Good value for money

The package was delivered timely. Simple to assemble, the guideline made it even easier.

The only thing I didn't like about the coat rack is the screws that were provided for the bars to connect the base and the top. I could not screw it in even 1/3.

I paid for Carry-in service for a (very heavy) mattress and instead it was delivered to the Haustür and left downstairs. My apartment is on the 3rd floor, no lift. I spent the entire day on the phone with Kundenservice and they polite but completely unhelpful. The situation didn't get resolved. In the end, me and another person managed to drag the mattress up ourselves. I've been promised the return of the 10€that I paid for the Carry-In service - it's been weeks, I haven't received it yet.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback.

We are very sorry that the agreed carry-in service was not provided and that you had to arrange getting the heavy mattress up to your third floor yourself. We understand how frustrating and exhausting this experience must have been, especially after spending so much time trying to resolve the issue with our customer service. We would also like to sincerely apologize for the delay regarding the refund of the €10 you paid for the carry-in service.

We would like to assure you that the refund has already been initiated. We kindly ask for a little more patience until the amount is credited to your account.

This experience does not meet our standards for customer-friendly service, and we take your feedback very seriously.

We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust and welcome you back to JYSK in the future.

Many regards, your JYSK Team

Fake delivery day

I have made an order from a branch and I payed delivery fee to bring the mattress to my house. In the invoice says that the estimated delivery is 17.09.26. The same thing they told me from the branch. The matress haven't arrive yet and I have receive no calls from the delivery company to arrange an appointment. The chat cannot help me and forward my problem. It is unacceptable that you have left me without a matress so many days and I have no news from you.
