Staff was so condescending
I went there with my family (2 adults and a baby) on Wednesday evening about 6ish, the reception lady was welcoming but the sales lady we met was so condescending with her questions and expression. My partner was a new driver so we were on a budget, so we explained what we came for and asked questions. At the middle of the whole thing this lady had to ask the same question repeatedly like...what are you here for then (like some sort of duress)? her facial expression was nauseating at the same time ....sorry we came to watch you work as we are jobless. That was a traumatic experience that will ring in my head for a long time, as we kept reviewing the whole event when we got home... well, we finally got what we were looking for elsewhere.

time wasters - customer literally not served
Booked to go see a car at 12.30
Arrived 12.25
Was told they were with another customer and to take a seat.
13.15, without so much of an offer of a glass of water or checking in on uswe left. We'd travelled an hour to view the car - listing said continental tyres, and only the rear tyres on this front wheel drive car were contis, the front were some dirt cheap ones. The rear tyres was also flat, so wasn't going to get test driven anytime soon.
Absolute waste of my, my wife, and my child's time.
EDIT as I can't reply to their reply - it's not the case that "I wasnt as seen as quickly as I would like, i had a booked appointment. It's basic time keeping. JW autos also didn't address their failure to even talk to us in the proceeding 45 minutes.

Weekends are often our busiest periods, and while we always do our best to assist every customer as promptly as possible, unfortunately there are occasions when delays occur. We appreciate that you had travelled a considerable distance with your wife and child, and we understand how frustrating the wait must have been.
Regarding the tyre specification, the vehicle information shown on the listing is automatically imported from Auto Trader. While we aim for all details to be as accurate as possible, some specifications can occasionally vary. This is one of the reasons we always recommend viewing the vehicle in person before making a decision.
In relation to the rear tyre, it simply required inflating. As the vehicle had been stationary in our showroom, the tyre pressure had dropped and this would have been rectified prior to any test drive.

A top rate sales experience.
The gentleman Ash was attentive, friendly and informative. At no time did we have the pressure salesman appear in his manner.

Do not buy a car from this company
Do not buy a car from this company! They are the biggest scam on them planet.
I was sold a car in October and told that the car had all checks carried out. AA mechanic carried out a service 8 months later and discovered major oil leak and also the linkage on the gear box snapped as well.
Looking at the history of the car in more detail, 2 years ago oil leak was advisory on MOT document and miraculously disappeared of the last MOT.
Pushy tactics were used, I was sold warranty which will not cover any of the repairs and that cost me £1500 and the sales person promised the world.
£1597 out of pocket is the end result caused to me by JWAutos.
Avoid this company like the plague!!! Do not waste your money, avoid the stress.

Bought a car August 2025 - Pointless Warranties
Bought a car August 2025, sold the 3 year platinum warranty and tyre/allow cover all at a cost of over £2000. Guess what, now need 2 tyres need replacing, NOT COVERED, something with the brakes, not wear and tear, NOT COVERED.
When the car was sold, don't worry buddy 3 years covered for tyres and car, piece of mind for 3 years. Commission made, job done. Car was bought on finance regrettably and sale was made when I was in a vulnerable position. I was able then able to get my intended loan after the finance was agreed and when I spoke to the garage they said please wait 3 months then pay it off so we can get the commission. I agreed, not knowing the whole warranty and tyre cover are a sham. I now have a warranty and tyre cover that has not covered me and I am out of pocket £800. With no cover I'd have been in a better position. How does that work. I hope JW do the right thing and contact me under Consumer Duty as I am more than dissatisfied.

Warranty protection do have specific coverage criteria, and some items such as certain wear-and-tear components may not be included, depending on the policy terms.
We would also like to address your comments regarding your finance agreement. At no point would we ever ask or encourage a customer to delay settling their finance so that we could receive commission. This is not something we do, and we take our obligations under the Consumer Duty very seriously.

They cheated me when I puchased an…
They cheated me when I puchased an electric vehicle from them. The sales person told me that the vehicle insurance (which was for 3 years) includes batteries as well. But when the battery got faulty (in 6 months of purchase of the car), I contacted Warranties2000 company, they told that battery is not included in the insurance and only very few parts were included. This wasted my £1,800 hard earned money. Don't purchase from them guys and don't trust the sales guy for selling the vehicle, they'll say anything.

Rip off bought a car had it two months…
Rip off bought a car had it two months last 3 1/2 thousand pound when I traded it for another vehicle the manager it is full of greed to make her Shine I would advise people never to use that the sales lady who dealt with us and on the second occasion was very good when we got the car home we see there was no parcel shelf so I called the dealer and was basically told as tough I had an awful experience and hopefully if this car is okay, I will never step foot into that Business again the customer service was atrocious. I run my own company and I would not treat people in that way extremely disappointed.

Regarding the value of the vehicle, unfortunately all cars depreciate over time, and trade-in values can vary significantly depending on market conditions, mileage, condition and dealer margins. A loss in value after ownership is not unusual and is not something we can control once a vehicle has left our dealership.
Regarding the parcel shelf, the vehicle was viewed and test driven prior to purchase and was sold as seen. At the time of your inspection and test drive, the vehicle did not have a parcel shelf fitted, and this was visible before the sale was completed.
