The rings arrived in beautiful, free packaging, with all sorts of paperwork, a beautiful free book about gemstones, cleaning cloth, certificates of authenticity and all paperwork and return stickers so that I could send the rings back, change their sizes or swap for different items free of charge and easily if I wished to. I only purchased two rings of very low price. Yet Juwelo treated me the same as if I had been the queen. The rings themselves were beautiful and of high quality. I cannot fault the service, the attention to detail, the product quality, the speed of delivery or the ease with which everything was done with no effort spared. Juwelo gets five stars from me. If you are considering buying from Juwelo I strongly advise going ahead with your purchase. Juwelo will not let you down. They are kind, generous, caring and trustworthy. Highly organised and with a seamless and easy process of purchase and returns. The rings looked exactly like they did on the website.
