Great service, very quick (from Italy to the Netherlands in 1-2 days)

i had to pay for fedex allmost 80 euros for fees and customs , i paid 100-120 euros for the package and unfortunatlly i had to pay another 80 euros for fedex so if i knew that before i wouldn't do that , i could buy the jersey from adidas in my city . the problem is fedex !!!! u have to give the clients the options to decide within they want a standard shipment or shipment with TNT ( perfect company not like fedex ) .

Many thanks for your custom. Bought some stuff from you recently for my husbands birthday. Present for him came quite fast, and as I can see, quality is very good. Just need to wait what my husband gonna say. He is big fan of Juventus, so hopefully he will like it. Really hope that his reaction will be good. Hi. I placed an order on august 9 and i still haven`t received my pacakge. I was told that i was going to recieve a tracking number when the order was shipped but i haven't got that email neither. I wrote about it and the answer was that they don't have my tracking number and that my order was shipped but i haven't received .... and i can't track it or ask about it anyywhere. So far it hasn't been a good experience. I hope that i receive my package soon.

Shipping costs are too high in Canada UPS charged me $42

As expected, my order was processed quickly and the delivery time was great considering it was an international shipping. The quality of the shirt even though it wasnt the legitimate match shirt is amazing, so close to the match day kit.

The shipping costs for orders are quite high and I honestly think that something needs to be done for those fans not lucky enough to be resident in Europe, North America or some parts of Asia.

I order a jersey size M, turned out to be too small. They refused to replace it with size L as it had a name and number on the back.

Now im stuck with a €150 jersey which I can't wear. Never ordering again!

So, on my last purchase I went ahead and buy the authentic home jersey and the away jersey…but at the time the patches were not available to add to the jersey… I emailed the customer service and after few emails begging to be able to buy the patches separately finally they agreed to sell me the patches, but I was told that I will not be able to use Paypal which is the safest way to purchase online… I was told to email my credit card number via email which for me I find this very unsafe and I could believe I was asked to do this! I was shocked!... I never in my life emailed my credit card number to anybody, because it’s not safe! That’s why there is Paypal, which I trust!

Anyway, even though I was told that they will sell me the patches, I end up not being able to pay for them via Paypal! Very sad! So now I’m debating to order anymore although I will love to have the 3rd jersey!

Many products are overrated ... but if you really love the team then you make some sacrifices. I don't like the idea that if i but more the delivery price is increasing, this should work otherwise. After i finish the order this one was delivered within 2-3 working days in great shape

I'm really happy with the product I bought, I only had a little problem with the shipping address which for some reason JuveStore was sending my package to another address but after I reported it to them they fixed it; the international shipping was really fast, I got my package in 3 days.
