I have a subscription with Juvela
I have a subscription with Juvela, decided to change my box at the last minute (when already confirmed). I emailed them asking if it would be ok to change from my normal bread to OAF and they sorted it, no fuss! Refunded the original charge and started again!
Good product and good service…. If only we had more of this customer service generally, how great would that be! Thank you Juvela!

We've been buying direct from Juvela since doctors decided not to provide bread on prescription.
Always been very helpful, and delivery's on time, as required.

Auto enrolment for subscription not ideal
Amazing gluten free products. But when you order, you are automatically signed up for a subscription service.
Juvela don’t have a one off order option so you need to go into your account and cancel the subscription after every order.
This isn’t the best service.

Could be better
Login ....requires receiving a code via email even though I have a password I can never see how to use it.
On this occasion my delivery was delayed by the courier which meant I was out and had to make sure it wasn't left outside in case of rain.
The rolls I ordered were not as good as the part baked ones.

Dorset health authority do not supply GF foods anymore. So had to look around for an alternative tried some supermarket ones not bad. Easier to order on line from you. I never give 5 star on any reviews .
