Reactive and good prices on Macbooks.

Not ordered (yet), but I'm impressed by Arie's lare availability for questions on WhatsApp, Kudos!

Top service, my screen from my laptop was broken at a critical point. Since i use my laptop for video editing internationally i needed a replacement asap.

It was new to me renting a laptop and getting it send by mail. But i can tell the people from RentYourMac helped me all the way through. And they were always ready too help if i had any questions on the phone.

Renting out a good quality macbook can be very expensive. I encountered RentYourMac services when I was desperately in need for a good working laptop. 👨‍💻 The provided service was user friendly but also very affordable. I received my macbook pro very fast by post, it has been working great. Definitely recommend RentYourMac to everyone!

Due to the pandemic they claimed to be very busy, therefore, when i had an issue with the macbook i rented, i have been extra patient.
I had to remind several times via email about my issue as i rented the macbook for work and no clear answer or direction was given about the procedure in case of defective product. This for about a month - meaning a frequent follow up with them. And unfortunately i had to send an email also for the deposit refund.
The communication about the issue has been initially only with a person, Floris-Jan-who has always been polite- and later with Arjan, who apologized and took care of my case.
Although the communication and operational side were unfortunate in my experience, i am overall satisfied with the recovery from their part and service,considering their willing to hear feedback and make things right.

Really helped me out in critical situation. My mac broke right in the midst of my work and I needed laptop for the next morning, I contacted and got the macbook the same day evening. Service is top notch, Floris is always in touch and very informative and helpful. Cannot recommend more.
