Your product is the most dysfunctional, frustrating, and over priced I have ever encountered. The device fails to work (with multiple devices fully charged and a full pod) much of the time.

This is bad enough but when your customers discover the following: (prices are as on line) they are certain to drop you.

1. Your pods, in the 4 pod package, result in a cost of $7.49 per ml of liquid.
2. Another vape product (refillable) results in a cost of $0.20 per ml of liquid.
3. Another issue points to your module not showing the remaining charge.

I am sure as more of your users discover the above, your company will join ENJOY that you sued out of business. They had a much better product than you do.

I’m Online orders required weeks of returns & follow-ups to resolve quality issues sharing this for consumer awareness, not to attack the company.

Over several months, I noticed consistent differences between JUUL pods purchased directly from JUUL.com and pods purchased from retail stores (Circle K). The online-ordered pods were noticeably lighter in color, weaker in flavor, and did not last as long, despite being sealed and the same flavor and nicotine strength.

I documented everything — batch numbers, sealed packaging, photos, receipts, and timelines — and contacted JUUL support. The issue was eventually escalated, and JUUL requested that I return unopened pods for investigation. This required hazmat shipping, USPS coordination, delivery delays, and multiple follow-ups after confirmed delivery.

While JUUL ultimately reimbursed the returned products and refunded a subscription cancellation fee, the process took weeks and significant effort. The resolution itself wasn’t the problem — it was how much work was required for a paying customer to get there.

My takeaway for other consumers:
If you order directly from JUUL.com, document everything (photos, batch numbers, receipts, tracking). In my experience, retail purchases did not show the same issues, and resolving online problems required persistence.

Posting this so others know what to expect and can make an informed decision.

I switched from Elf Bar to Juul pods after dealing with bleeding gums, and I’ve had zero issues since. I actually enjoy using Juul now — both at home and when I’m out.

My favourite pod flavours, in order:
• Virginia Tobacco – a warm, roasted, nutty flavour.
• Mango – lightly sweet and nicely balanced.
• Watermelon – a smooth mix of sweetness with a hint of spearmint.
• Arctic Breeze – creamy mint with a sharp, icy finish.

I’ve also tried Autumn Tobacco, which has the taste and aroma of overripe autumn apples.
Ruby Menthol is sweet with a crisp menthol edge.
Lychee is decent — a bit too sweet for my taste, but perfect after a meal.

I had to switch to Juul from Njoy (Juul sued them) and I have to say, it doesn’t satisfy the nicotine craving at all. The pods are half the size so they cost twice as much. If they made a pod that was stronger maybeeeee it’d be okay but for now, I’m on the hunt for more Njoy pods and can’t wait until that lawsuit is over.

Absolutely terrible service from JUUL. I paid extra for next-day delivery, and not only did they fail to deliver on time, but they also completely ignored my request for a refund on the delivery charge. After multiple emails, they acknowledged the delay was their fault but still refused to refund the fee for a service they did not provide.

It’s unacceptable to charge customers for something you can’t fulfil and then ignore refund requests. If you’re thinking of paying for next-day delivery, don’t bother—you might not get your order on time, and they won’t take responsibility. Avoid this company if you expect basic customer service and accountability.

this product sucks and is a waste of money. Every pod leaks. Some worse than others. I have wasted so much money I even tried removing the pod when I wasn't puffing on it and that doesn't make it last any longer. I get ahold of the company and this is what they request…….

I did all of that. And it didn't matter. They just said the pods are not under warranty an request the same info What

I have letters the juul company is a fink!
I was told the 1/2 gram was intended by the 1 gram pods! I asked them to understand my rip offs and they never asked me off! I will tell you what i have ripped off! I was using 1 gram pods for a while and the 1/2 gram was changed it in without any deception of the selling of the way of selling the stores that selling as any can! 24.95 per grams until hae the change and sell them for 1/2 grams! I think it was a different way of a current and deceptive of the way the people use for 100% off of the 1/2 gram of them changing their deceptive of not telling the way of using the 1 gram using!

Bad quality control. Some pods work great, some don’t. It’s a lot of money to lay out and then return bad pods. Costs the same as smoking and makes quilting harder to do. Quit, quit, quit. Vaper of July since 2015.

Great product! So easy to use and carry around! It charges very fast as well!
The flavours are very nice and they don’t leave that sweet aftertaste in your mouth like the disposable vapes do! Definitely recommend!

I placed an order on 08/1/2022. Long story short , it took a very long time to receive any update from this company. My last interaction with them was that I had "received my order"!. Long story short , Juul has very inferior menthol pods..I'm glad I found out before I spent more $$. Have a nice day :)

Decided to try a JUUL. Crap product. Straight out of the box and doesn't work. Green light shows that it's fully charged but won't work with the POD. What a waste of money and time. Again - Crap product.

I literally don’t know what else to do to have this company refund my money. I’ve created tickets with them, they said they have proof of the money being credited to my bank account and it’s been more than 2 months and still nothing. I never received a single product since the address was incorrect, they agreed to refund all of my money and I am still waIting for my $200+. I am very very unsatisfied with my experience with this company.

I bought a juul starter and love it but after trying to create a account I have been denied multiple times on the ID after taking a picture of my passport

I have had a very positive experience using JUUL to help me stop smoking altogether.

I got to a point where I was smoking 20 cigarettes a day (in large part due to work stress) and realised that if I continued on this path I'd just end up replacing stress with early death. I really wanted to quit smoking but found going 'cold turkey' difficult and not very successful.

Someone suggested I tried vaping but it didn't appeal to me due to the size of the devices and the amount of vape that came out. That's when I was shown and tried the JUUL. It's both small, discreet and the quantity of vape is similar to that of a cigarette. It's definitely not as much of a 'hit' as a cigarette, however, it does provide enough of one that I didn't need to smoke. Additionally, it doesn't leave any smell which I found was a huge benefit (as then I could use it indoors).

When I switched from smoking, I ended up JUULing roughly a pod per day for several months which I then decreased until I stopped using it altogether (after 3.5 months). For me it was a really useful tool to make the transition.

I'm not sure if everyone uses it the same way that I have but as a tool to help transition from smoking and then eventually stop, I highly recommend it.
