Sales Advisor Brian Percy was…excellent
Sales Advisor Brian Percy was excellent. Having booked and paid on line, the tyres didn’t arrive when agreed centrally but Brian rang me before my appointment to inform me of the fact and agreed he’d ring me when they had arrived, which he did and we agreed when I could pop in, entirely to suit me. When I attended, 2 tyres were changed in what felt like seconds, he has a good team. Unfortunately, there was a problem once I’d left the unit which was dealt with immediately without any argument - excellent service.
