Tyres fitted but informed by fitter new discs and pads needed, gave me a quote over £240,
New tyre developed a leak and needed a puncture repair. All carried out and good. Fitter said I urgently needed brake disc and pads.
Two weeks later car in another garage for annual service and MOT. All good but they suggested to replace pads shortly.
It’s funny but another customer was recommended to change pads and discs immediately.

Great Prices, But Be Ready for a Follow-Up Elsewhere
On the morning of August 29th, I visited Just Tyres in Tonbridge to get four Turanza 6 tyres fitted. The staff worked incredibly fast, finishing the job in just 20 minutes, and the price was unbeatable. It was a fantastic experience—at first.
However, after driving on the motorway, I noticed that the steering wheel started vibrating at 70mph, and the entire car shook at higher speeds. After checking the tyre pressure at home, I suspected that the issue was with the wheel balancing.
On the afternoon of August 30th, I returned to Just Tyres. The person in charge mentioned that they were busy that day and asked me to come back on September 3rd. I asked if I needed to book an appointment, and he assured me that I could come by anytime without a booking. That sounded fair, so I left.
On the morning of September 3rd, I arrived, but the staff told me they were too busy and couldn’t assist me until the afternoon. Unfortunately, I wasn’t available that afternoon, so I asked if there was a slot available the next day. Another staff member confirmed that I could come before 10 AM the following day. I said I would come at 10 AM, and they agreed. Before leaving, I asked if they needed to note down my car’s registration, but they said it wasn’t necessary.
Today, I arrived at 10 AM, only to be told that they were busy and couldn’t help me today either. I reminded them that I had booked an appointment yesterday, but after checking the computer, they claimed that the booking was actually for tomorrow.
Honestly, if you don't want to take responsibility, just say so upfront and take my money, but don’t waste my time. That’s enough for me—I left and went to another tyre shop to get the balancing done for £40, and the issue was resolved immediately.
Just Tyres offers unbeatable prices, but be prepared to visit another shop to fix any issues. If you have the time, you can give them a try.

This morning, I received a call from the manager at Just Tyres, who personally apologized and assured me that they would follow up on the matter. It's a responsible gesture, and I truly appreciate it.
