Just Tyres - St Neots Reviews 

I was happy with the guys who fitted the tyres. Yet, I previously ordered tyres online, made the appointment, and duly arrived five days later to have two tyres fitted. The tyres I had ordered were not available or could not be found. Could have been a storage misappropriation. Nevertheless, a suitable replacement was available, but only one was on the shelf. One of the staff kindly drove a round trip of twenty miles to a neighbouring branch to pick up the additional tyre for which I was grateful. It was just a bit unprofessional and not expected of such a large organisation.

Promised a call from area manager that never happened.
Need to train their staff and above all be polite to customers.

I needed a puncture repair due to a nail stuck in the middle of my rear wheel, which they confirmed over the phone they can do for £37.50. As soon I get there, they take a cursory glance at all my tyres (why?) to tell me there are cracks in all of them. Being a woman, they obviously thought they could try it on. Luckily, my car was MOT’d late October (by a reputable independent garage) and only very minor cosmetic cracks in tyres noted but not an issue and highly unlikely to have degraded since as I do <1000 miles a year. I told them this fact and they immediately looked sheepish. Now comes the excuse that they can’t repair a puncture on a cracked tyre and start quoting me £125 for a new one. Bloody joke! Knowing there’s cheaper, I laughed. Eventually paid for a ‘budget’ tyre of £80. Although, I’ve left there feeling like I’ve been mugged by a bunch of teenagers. Lesson: never use Just Tyres they’ll only try and scam you. I certainly won’t be going back.

Swift and good service with no issues.

Found the manager and his staff, rude and abrupt. Sitting behind the counter watching YouTube videos isn't a sign of professionalism. Then verbally abusing deliver drivers whilst in the presences of customers, and giggling like school.kids is unprofessional. I won't be using the branch again

I've had 2 very frustrating experiences with Just Tyres in St. Neots. I won't ever use them again.
They've scratched my alloy wheels in the same places on 2 different occasions and refuse to take responsibility for it.
Their team are dismissive and just make excuses.
They clearly have a serious quality problem and will not take responsibility for it.
Avoid at all costs.

Oh how a place can change in two years. From giving a 5 star review two years ago with a brilliant manager to no star in 2024 if possible. Recently visited to have slow puncture repaired, workshop was empty and went to drive in for repair. Was met by a screaming manager named Jackson accusing me of endangering his staff who were actually in the office. Then proceeded to tell me to F **k off and wanted to fight me. Customer for over 8 years but never again.

I called into Just Tyres in St Neots without an appointment following a puncture on the A1 in the middle of a long journey last Monday. The service was just fantastic.. kind, helpful technicians (one of whom I think was the Manager), no waiting time at all and a quick, efficient repair which was much cheaper than the tyre replacement I had anticipated. They were really nice people and I highly recommend them. The total delay to my journey, from puncture to back on the road, was less than an hour.
