Great service from Just Tyres, Lewes
Superb service from the member of staff at Just Tyres Lewes today.
I called in as my tyre pressure warning light kept coming on.
The young man was so helpful and checked all tyres straight away, inflating them as necessary.
He invited me back at anytime if the problem recurred.
I left the centre refle ting on the great, friendly service I had received.

Easy to book on website
Easy to book on website, great customer service I had ordered front tyres to get fitted. As I booked in I asked them to check rear tyres which they did. The guys who were working were very quick efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to everyone

I ordered the tyres over the weekend…
I ordered the tyres over the weekend they were ready by 12.00am the following Monday, I turned up at 11.30 and they just got on with the job, took 20/30 minutes to fix they even did a brake check at the sametime, what’s not to like !! Great service thank u.

Never again!
I made an appointment to fit 4 new tyres for 10.30am. I arrived at 10.25 and they pulled another car in ahead of me having 2 tyres fitted. Despite there being 3 operatives working it took until 11.20 before they started on mine. 1 staff member was constantly on his phone and texting. 1 was wandering around aimlessly vaping a the 3rd was doing his best to do 90% of the work. I didn't leave until 12.15! 1 member of staff was bloody rude and should be sent on a customer service course and learn the meaning of 'please and thank you '. I then had to return at a later date to have the wheels balanced properly. 1st and last time I go near the place, I rather pay more than go through their doors again!
