Just Tyres could not have been more helpful. After another pothole incident, I was desperate to get a new tyre fitted asap so that I could use my car for a weekend away arranged last Christmas. Just Tyres let me go in for the fitting earlier than my allotted time and afterwards they even re-set my car information system for me. Great prices and fantastic service. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Excellent Value For The Money
I already knew the brand and size of the two replacement tyres I needed for my Tucson, and Just Tyres offered the best price for supply, fitting, and balancing. Another company quoted almost £100 more for the exact same tyres!
I prepaid online and visited the Letchworth branch the following day. The two members of staff were polite, professional, and an absolute credit to the company.

Incorrect fitting.
I checked the tyres when I got home and one had been fitted the wrong way round (it said INSIDE on the outside of the tyre wall). Inexcusable fundamental error due to poor training / no quality assurance. Make sure that you check your tyres yourself.

Check your car.
Had two front tyres put on my sons car. The car was dropped off and collected by his Mum. Unfortunately the wheels were not checked before leaving the fitting centre. When the car arrived home I had a look at the car's front rims and noticed the front right wheel was damaged. Sadly because the car wasn't checked before leaving the centre there is no way of raising a complaint, as the T's and C's state any damage must be reported before leaving the fitting center. So check your car before departure!

Poor guy was on his own which meant it took a bit longer, as he also had to deal with other customers with query’s. Despite this, he was professional and I drove away a happy customer.

Local and trustworthy
The prices are competitive but Dan is the reason why i keep coming back to Just Tyres. He tries to help everybody who comes in-the shop and it doesnt feel like a large anonymous company.

Very good service.

The fitter at Letchworth was great!
The fitter at Letchworth was great, helpful, proactive and thorough. I went in expecting a tyre replacement following a puncture and came out with a puncture repaired at a fraction of the price. Very happy.
