Good availability, pricing and stock options
Good availability and stock options. Shame that the locking wheel nut key tool broke meaning I’m left to source a new key and maybe a set of locking nuts - not easy/cheap - or forgo locking wheels altogether.

Good service but understaffed
Tried booking by phone several times as wanted advice but no answer. Ended up having to book and pay on line. This meant when I took it he didn’t have time to switch my tyres around. Only one man working on his own so phone rang out while he was fitting tyres. The guy was friendly & efficient but felt it unfair him being on his own. Just tyres must be losing business operating this way?

90% Happy
Dear Just tyres
I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent purchase of a car tire. I am highly satisfied with the staff members who assisted me, as they were extremely helpful and courteous. However, I would like to bring to your attention that the tire I received and the information provided in the email did not match what was actually installed. It was not an expensive tire, but the employee reassured me that it was better than the one I purchased.
Therefore, I would like to express my disappointment with this situation. While the staff member assured me that the tire installed was superior to my original choice, it is important to me to receive exactly what I have purchased. I kindly request that you take this feedback into consideration and ensure that in the future, I receive the exact product that I select and purchase.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
Regards

Not the tyres I ordered but they were…
Not the tyres I ordered but they were the same price and spec so all in all not as bad as it could have been. Staff lacking that customer experience you get at many other places, no CoppaSlip applied to wheel hub or nuts.

Excellent service.
Informed me that the tyres were delayed. Got a call when they arrived(only 30 mins after the scheduled appointment). Went straight away to get 4 tyres fitted in 45 mins.
Great service.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. They were willing to advise and in spite being very busy. I went to get two tyres and my job was done quickly and efficiently.

Flawless experience.
Flawless experience from start to finish both the online ordering and the fitting at my Harrogate branch. Jake the manager fitted the tyres himself and was very careful on how he treated a rare classic car. I would highly recommend Just Tyres and use them again when needed
