Just Tyres - Crawley Reviews

Customer service was brilliant, I was interested in how the wheel alignment check was achieved, and the engineer was happy to explain and show me the results of the test and necessary adjustments,

Great friendly staff
Very quick at changing my tyres
Will go back

Would highly recommend this garage for their excellent customer service and attention to detail.
I have have been a customer here for several years on and off and always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. On my last visit, after fitting 2 new front tyres to my Audi Sport Alloys, with great care, the gentlman went on to wipe clean the tyres and wheels. The sticky lead weights were fitted and old weights adhesive completely cleaned off also. Stirling job. Well done Just Tyres Forgewood Estate Crawley.

Competitive price then friendly and fast service at the Crawley fitting centre. Will use again

Very good service, no delays. Unbeatable price.

Ready to go at the alloted time and completed promptly...so much better than my experience at Halfords!!

Tyre change was quick , no problem at all. Five stars! but i clicked on your website breake check and free steering balance check, but clearly guys didn't check anything, just changed the tyres.

Easy to pick and book for tyres to be fitted on line.

Helpful team when fitting, very knowledgeable.

A very good experience for myself

Good price match with timely service - little waiting time

Helpful, knowledgeable and offered great customer service

Prompt service, only one problem I got 2 miles up the road and the tyre pressure warning light came on.

Very poor customer service i replace 4 tyres, and after few days gad problems with 2 sensor.

Good service good price

Friendly and efficient and reasonable value for money. Would have been 5 stars if they had tyres I originally ordered which according to their website they had when I called only to be called back by centre to say they did not have but suggested alternative. Only reason I originally booked with them was because they showed online they would have my original selection. They are 10 to 15 minutes further drive than other providers. Also they did not reset the tyre flat indicator on my Toyota Yaris which surprised me as they should know how to do this. In general happy with alternative Michelin tyres.

Great Service, Great prices and Great products!
Though I am waiting for the paperwork via email from head office!

Worked cleanly and quickly at the appointed time so great service

Professional team done it a job as good as always. Many thanks for Garry doing the front wheel alignment for me.

Avoid this company if you take care of your car and wheels. The young fitter very clearly damaged my wheel removing old tyre - quite openly shouting out 'no, no, no' which caused his colleague to come running. Damage was reported immediately and documented. Then started the cover-up. Made a ridiculous claim that it's not possible for them to damage anything, and that the fitters outburst was merely because he needed some assistance. All lies and they know it. Went over to speak with manager a few days later as requested, but he'd quite clearly decided to deny everything before my arrival. Will be pursuing through civil action

I booked at short notice, as i had a long drive planned. I had 2 tyres fitted, and balanced, with tracking, for cheaper than i was quoted for 1 tyre by a mobile fitter. They were very quick and efficient
