Just Tyres - Crawley Reviews

Overall a good experience, staff were friendly, care was taken with the wheel and everything was as I would expect. Price for the tyre and fitting was also very competitive!

Quick, simple, on time and really friendly.

Front desk people quite rude and not accommodating. Car was driven from the car park to the work area, when finished I had to get my car out of the work area with the floor full of tyres and my seat settings completely changed from when I arrived. Work seems fine hence the 3 stars

Although I was kept waiting they then worked superfast to get the job done so I could getaway.

The staff were good and they changed my tyres in only a short time.

Online ordering was easy. Next day supply and fitting was great as one of my tyres was going flat. A special thanks to the operative on site, who, whilst being on his own dealt with my tyre fitting very efficiently, answering incoming calls and other customers and remaining calm and pleasant, thanks

I had 2 tyres replaced on my motorhome, the price was good but the tyres were only inflated to 4 bar, they also lowered the pressure on my front tyres to 4 bar. I assumed they were the experts. The tyres should have been inflated to 5.5 on the rear and 5.1 on the front. As a consequence of the under inflation my front tyres were partially bald and definitely illegal by the time I had driven across Europe to Slovenia. I now have to find replacement tyres for my front tyres, which should have been fine for the journey I planned. In addition the operative left a very bad grease stain on my driver's seat. I won't use this company again. Due to their inability to inflate my tyres to the right pressure my wife and I were put in serious danger driving on bald tyres until I noticed them.

Great service and a good price.

Selecting tyres and booking on line was easy and a good experience.
The service received at the garage was unwelcoming, dirty and a twenty minute wait whilst the garage entrance was blocked by a tyre delivery.
The experience reminded me as to why I previously gave up with Just Tyres and switched to ATS - I was hoping things might have improved but sadly not ☹️

To long to write exactly what i think

Two new front tyres, incorrectly balanced, paid for pro alignment tracking to be done as well and was told it had been done, but clearly not as when I returned to have the wheels rebalanced another mechanic said the tracking was out.

The 2 guys were very helpful polite and made every effort to make me feel comfortable, they were very efficient and made me laugh 🤭 thank you ☺️

Easy and got an appointment to fit in with my work hours tyres where good and value for money

Booked in for 2 new front tyres and wheel alignment. Tyres are good and a good price but. I had to take the car back for alignment to be re adjusted as the steering wheel was off centre doesn't help the centre doesn't have a ramp to lift the vehicle which makes it more difficult for the guys to do the job properly.

The team from there was very nice, friendly and helpful

Easy to order online correct size tyre but I did put in van tyres as I need commercial tyres for van and they sent me a car tyre which is fine but wears quicker… Garage went to Crawley top blokes very helpful and said they stock commercial tyres so would of been easier just to go there and get them and fitted same time… but will be going back to have correct tyres fitted…

A good experinece at your Crawley branch. Staff were very good.

Quick and efficient
