I needed 2 new tyres, ordered and booked a time, when I arrived I had the space saver on as I had gotten a puncture.
When they had finished fitting the tyres they returned the space saver to the boot secured it, do all good.

One person was very unhappy with his…
One person was very unhappy with his work and kept swearing ( not at customer, but can clearly see him and hear him), didn't want to speak to that person, the other one was a lovely person and smiling and pleasure to deal with, would have given 5* had I just met the pleasurable man, just wanted to get out of that place soon. It's the nature of the tire and the difficult in fitting them lose their temper, nothing against the customer.

Satisfactory service- but check paperwork
Easy to book, as far as I can tell the work was done OK- but the report sheet I was given wasn’t filled in fully - no record of wheel alignment before and after. When I went back the guy said it was done and gave me a couple of numbers but rather poor response

Scunthorp branch
Emailed the head office to ask abouit a tyre fitting while having tracking done , reply was contact branch , contacted branch by phone and was told to bring it in as arranged and sort it out then , when arrived and asked they said they can only fit new tyres as liability issue , i said i had tried to explain on the phone , they then said let us look at the tyre i had , which he couldnt find a fault after trying to , then said again cant fit FFS , took to a place up the road and no problem fitted it perfect , are all Just tyre branches as bad as Scunthorpe.

While the tyres were fitted ok
While the tyres were fitted ok, I was told the vehicle needed tracking.An hour later and a refund I left with the steering wheel left in the 10 o’clock position.It was in the correct position when I took the vehicle in for the tyres.They could not correct it.I left and went to kwik fit to have the steering corrected.I have a computer print out of the before and after………….
