I am really happy with the service I received. I was about 50 minutes late to my appointment but Mr cool Roger did not disappointed me. I can recommend The Just Tyres to anybody.

Appalling service from the Buckingham branch. I took 2 vehicles to the branch and was told I needed 6 tyres over 6hundred pounds in total , 3 hours later not 1 tyre fitted, all the fitters and manager were sitting down with their feet up . after a brief chat .i decided to go elswhere . 2mins away, on the same industrial estate is another tyre fitter company , i was told i only needed 2 tyres. so why did just tyres try to sell me 4 tyres i did not need. I contacted just tyres head office to lodge a complaint , the ceo is a MR IAN GRANT . 2 days later the branch phoned ,and the manager said he was sorry but do i still want the tyres fitted . what a joke . my advice go else where . you will be sold tyres you dont need from JUST TYRES.

A 30 minute appointment took over an hour longer than expected. The next day a tyre pressure warning came up on the car and when checked, one of the rear tyres was 3.5 pounds different to the other side. Plus there was not dust cap fitted.

Does what it says on the tin I.e. it's fine if you just want a new tyre. I however wouldn't trust them to do anything more complicated like checking brakes etc so a good thing tyres is all they do.

Not particularly welcoming or friendly, I would say an almost unprofessional / nonchalant way of dealing with customers. I would definitely check that they know what you want doing as I get the feeling they are bored and prone to getting orders wrong from not paying attention.

Fine to use in a pinch but I'd recommend going somewhere where the service is taken more seriously and is more professional.

Excellent friendly service

It was the cheapest place to buy the tires I needed for my car. Upon arrival customer service was extremely poor, and during the wheel change I overhead someone say ‘140(torque) on this hunk of 💩’ about my car - Not the best thing to say to a customer’s car when they’ve just spent nearly £160 on your service. They didn’t even put my hub cap on properly, and I’ve actually found damage on my alloys from where the worker was trying to bash the hub cap into place when all it took was a slight bit of force by hand. I ultimately didn’t even receive an invoice/receipt for the service I got in case I had any problems when the guy told me he was going to send it by email. The wheels are great, but the service was honestly shocking. Paying the extra premium for Halfords or someone similar is my advice.

Young staff's smoke breaks by the entrance seem far more important than serving waiting customers. Perhaps staff could stagger their smoke breaks and go around the back of the building to smoke. Reception and job sheets need better organisation.

Great online price for premium tyres. Next day appointment and no fuss fitting. A popular place for drop-ins, too.

They got the job done, but the lads working there were a bit all over the place and not very careful with the vehicle. Also not very customer friendly, very little communication.

Usual good service from Roger. Tyre price competitive, booked appointment on line and all four tyres change quickly and without fuss.

Roger and his team are always so friendly and efficient! They always do a great job and deliver a personal experience! I hadn’t visited for a couple of years and Roger still remembered me! Good price, easy process and great service!

I ordered the correct tyre size but it wasn't a run flat which I needed, they were very helpful in getting the correct tyre to fit.

Great customer service with very friendly staff. It was easy to book my van in for a same-day tyre change which was done quickly and thought that the centre was easy to find too.
