Friendly quick service, best price for the tyres. Only issue was I was advised one of the wheels was buckled, so they were unable to balance correctly. I arranged to have the buckle fixed at Rolling Rims but they found no issue, just re-balance the wheels.

Just Tyres Unecessary Work - High Prices
I phoned Just Tyres Braintree for a price for a new front caliper for my car, they said they couldn't give me a price without me coming in as they needed to put it up on ramp and look at it as there were several different ones. I went in they didn't look at the caliper or put it up on a ramp at all one of them just looked at rear tyres as fronts were new then at a screen in office and said would cost £880 as would have to have new discs and pads as well couldn't be exact but wrote that down on a piece of paper and gave it to me. Local garage did job for £123.00 labour £40 parts Caliper £60.50 brake fluid £2.50. Just Tyres also said my rear tyres (mitchelin's) needed replacing as they are old. My advise, avoid just Tyres and speak with your local garage first. Won't ever use Just Tyres again. It just shows you. This was 2nd or 3rd of October around 3.50pm. So I didn't even need to go in there!

Got 2 front tyres fitted here. Tyres were a good price and fitted when I wanted. I was called on the day to say that the rear tyres were worn down to 2mm and would I like them replaced too? I thought this was odd as I had measured them when ordering the front and found they were on 5mm. I declined the offer and when I went to collect my vehicle was told the same again and that there was a bulge in one of the rear tyres and that I should get them replaced immediately. This was not however noted on any of the paperwork which I thought was odd! I have since had the tyres independently checked and they were indeed found to be on 5mm and no bulge was found. I was also very disappointed to find that I needed to wipe my steering wheel, gear lever and handbrake as they were covered in filth!

They had the tyres I needed in stock. I was able to book a fitting time convenient to me and the tyres were fitted quickly and with no fuss

I bought a pair of quality tyres at the end of January this year, the level of service was friendly, advisory and professional. I left a five star review. Today I needed two more quality tyres and clearly went back to where I was welcomed

It just shows that a change of management can screw up any company. Abrupt, arrogant, uncooperative and didn't pay attention., He spent a lot of my time, on the phone speaking with others instead of getting on with my job.

He blatantly refused to rotate my tyres, not his instruction he claimed, I ordered two tyres online and left a note - fit two new to rear rims then rotate with front tyres they had fitted 7 months previous. No chance and not even a conversation. Job not done

its a great pity, a good company in Braintree, has been screwed where you and I, will not return business. Arrogance, disrespect, refusal to talk about the task. You know this is going to get worse for Just Tyres., his colleague stated he was taking over as the manager and that his college was being promoted to the area manger - that means all regional Just Tyres branches are now screwed.

Overheard by the ignorant manger and his colleague, that he wouldn't put my Pirelli all seasons onto the front of my car any way as they are unstable .... Is that true ? - why then does Juist tyres sell these tyres with no restrictions as to where they can be fitter ? - Just Tyres they suggest are selling a dangerous product .

Pirelli's own website recommend these tyres and a very good allround performance - so Pirelli don't know either that they are selling dangerous tyres -= -or is it the Just tyres dept manger ??

Its a difficult time in life for us all, but courtesy, respect and offering to discuss the customers requirements (having paid £280) that I had outlined on line. NO, the computer says no

How many tyre places are there in Braintree? - lots and lots - why are we going to Just Tyres in the future when there are lots and lots of other places to get the job done to all parties satisfaction

Just Tyres have screwed up and you and I may end up paying for it - my advice is clear, shop around, find a place who respect you and engages in conversation to complete a £280 job

Hit a curb last night, called these lovely guys for help, went in soon as an was helped within half hr even tho they had a very full day. So many many thanks to Reese an Mark, so kind, friendly, made everything so easy, great price. Drove out with 4 new tyres alignment an new front brakes I'm well an truly sorted for nxt MOT with no hassle. Highly recommended! Many thanks guys Lyn Darby

The service were done properly. Were changed 3 tyres and did some check on my car for free.

About the place:
Very busy. Needs more staff . There had only 2, hurrying up to have all the services done on time. One (probably the manager) shouted to the other staff while the staff was helping a customer, to him hurry’s up wasn’t very nice. The phone rings all the time, one have to stop the work to answer the phone (probably the manager) and to attend the walk in customers.

Also, they need a cleaner. The reception was VERY dirty, spider webs everywhere.

In general was ok, I was treated with respect, thanks for the service.

Great team on site. No fluff trying to sell me extras I didn’t need (refreshing vs Halfords and hence why I’ve switched).
Seemed to be on time with the job and I felt valued as a customer. Thanks
