Were quick in getting the tyre I needed and no hanging about when it came to fitting. Staff pleasant and approachable

Return visit to the braintree branch & shocked by the atmosphere.
A tall lad by the name of Reese was shouting, cursing & extremely rude to the customer including myself! To my disbelief I then discovered loudmouth, scruffy man is the new manager as Mike, who has been an extremely helpful manager, is retiring. The company I work for have a big contract with Just Tyres. If this so called manager continues with this attitude he will definitely loose a lot of business! I personally will not be returning to the Braintree branch!

Booked online to get my tyre change on the same day, they rang me and said they had it in stock and I can come in before my time that was given online

Tyre fitting and balancing all went well.
However, they decided to check the tracking and advised it needed adjustment even though there was no prior evidence of any issues.
I road tested the car and found when the car was going straight the steering wheel was not straight ahead.
I returned to the depot and was greeted with quite a hostile reception with the fitter not really listening to my observations.
They reluctantly rechecked and said all was fine.
I have since had the tracking redone elsewhere and the car is now fine.
A full refund for the tracking is justified and should be provided.

I had a tyre blow out today with my baby in the car, a stressful experience! With the temporary spare tyre on, I called Just Tyres who told me just to come straight there and they would help. They were friendly, efficient, kept me informed at all times and got me back on the road, having also replaced other tyres which we could see were damaged and helped with fixing the tracking. Prices were reasonable and they were totally transparent and ran everything by me first. I would 100% recommend.

I had booked an appointment for 10.30am and was early. I sat down luckily I was chatting to a lady in the waiting room, who had walked in off the street- no appointment. I didn't leave till 11.30-11.45, I was still in the waiting room a while after the walk in lady had left.

I purchased my tyres online for a really good price. Phoned the branch to confirm that the appointment had been booked as no confirmation received. Spoke to Ceri who couldn’t have been more helpful. Arrived early for my appointment which was booked for 0830. I got seen well before the appointment time. The mechanic was very polite, friendly and professional. Thank you for such wonderful service. Excellent garage all round. 100% recommend.

Horrible experience at the Braintree branch. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommend. Was shouted at in an abusive manner about where to park my car! I had done nothing to provoke this. It left me shocked and upset. No customer should ever be treated this way, and in life no person deserves to be spoken to in this manner. He just had to explain what he wanted in a clear and polite manner, but chose to be aggressive, rude and insulting.
I did receive a swift response from customer service and the divisional manager, who apologised for my experience. He assured me that he would speak to the individual. (Mike) Apparently he has had no previous issues with this person, but I find that hard to believe. Perhaps he was having a bad day, even though I was the first customer at 8.30am! I hope that by providing this feedback the service at the Braintree branch can be improved. I did appreciate the response from customer service, but it doesn't lessen my experience with this nasty member of staff. Perhaps he should consider early retirement.
I am not usually one to complain and consider myself to be very understanding. However on this occasion I feel that my views are well justified.

Friendly helpful staff and great online price delivered to store when agreed and fitted free . No complaints at all 👍

Easy to order tyres from the online site. when I arrived and said I had an appointment the car was in no waiting. Unfortunately I had ordered wrong tyres, not a problem right ones ordered. two days later arrived and waved in again tyres fitted and TPMS system was checked to make sure it had reset tyre pressures. All the staff are very friendly and helpful with advice and this is now my go to place for Tyres.
