Very friendly and attentive staff
Very friendly and attentive staff. They were able to repair a puncture instead of pushing for me (female) to buy a new tyre, and ultimately saved me £100 which I'm really greatful for!
The guys were absolutely great and will definitely return to them with any tyre issues.
Thank you to the team!

Easy to book on-line
Easy to book on-line, and order the tyres selected from the pictorial list of options. The depot was ready for a prompt fitting, albeit that it was just 5 minutes walk from IKEA, so very convenient to leave the car for an hour or so, instead of a wait in the depot. Very good and friendly service from the depot. Great price for the budget tyres, but a bit disappointed about the tread depth, which seemed to be no more than 6mm. I was expecting at least 8mm. Overall though, Very Good deal and service.

Free wheel alignment check
Booked a free wheel alignment check before doing a long trip.
I turned up early and the guys were busy unloading new tyres but they attended to me straight away and confirmed the alignment was ok. They didn't try to upsell anything which impressed me after past experiences with the likes of kwikfit, etc.
A simple thing but nice to find efficient, straight forward service these days.
