Excellent quality, arrived on time and look fantastic!

Good company to buy from. Great communication from pre order, all the way through to delivery. Any issues sorted quickly and effectively.

Arrived on day at time I was emailed, however I was required to assist delivery as radiator was too heavy for driver. I installed it myself lifting it Into place. I was replacing a single panel 1300 by 400 with a 1300 by 500 double panel. The wall brackets did not line up with the new brackets and I quickly repositioned them. The heat from the new radiator is noticeable and unlike other type 22 there is a larger gap down the middle if I wanted to slide laundry down.

I ordered two radiators and valves online and received great communication throughout on the delivery schedule. Friendly drivers to assist with placement in room. Importantly, this company is instantly available on the phone in the event of a problem - one radiator leaked under pressure on install (split weld leaving a pinhole). Customer service was impeccable with a replacement delivered the very next day direct from the manufacturer - superb company and well recommended

Very pleased with the radiator . Looks to be a good solid and well made product. Have yet to have it installed so am looking forward to discovering how well it does the job .Delivery was efficient and the rad was very well packaged. So far so good .👍

Clear instructions and speedy confirmation

Very responsive when their supplier could not deliver as required and agreed a substitute which turned out a lot cheaper, refund was sent immediately. Great service, delivery on time, highly recommend.

Easy to navigate website with lots of choice. I have bought a Lux radiator before and love the choice of colours. Very competitive pricing too.

Excellent service

I ordered 5 aluminium radiators in two batches to match the reduced water temperature from our recently installed heat pump. The service and advice I received at the Preston showroom was excellent, the price reasonable and delivery was prompt. The radiators are now installed and working well.
My only minor issue was that I would have appreciated more updates from the courier regarding the delivery time and date of the second batch.

Ordered Vox radiator which was meant to be in stock and be delivered between 2/4 days, unfortunately it wasn’t and took longer, had to chase delivery a little however prompt responses and got there in the end, delivery guy was great, called me 1 hour before delivery and placed radiator in my room of choice!

My order for the LUX Heat Chester Aluminium Radiator was delivered on time and was extremely well packaged resulting in a perfect radiator with no damage.
I chose this radiator for use in a bathroom and because it has the lowest height at 390mm which suited my application exactly.
It makes a bold statement on the wall and I have received nothing but good comments from those who have seen it.

Delivery was fast but differing items were being delivered by different carriers and it proved difficult to know what was coming when. Some carriers software was less than helpful

Order was quickly dispatched, price was competitive and the item was exactly what we wanted, however when the item arrived it was damaged. Contacted them, replacement sent immediately. Communication and customer care exemplary, would certainly buy from you again

Honestly can not thank Jax highly enough. Due to a confusion on ordering (at our end) we ordered multiple incorrect heated towel rails.

Jax went absolutely above and beyond to remedy the issue quickly. She tried multiple avenues to resolve the issue when it wasn't simple, always called me to update, and we are now in receipt of the correct towel rails.
