Really disappointed with product. The customer services are terrible have emailed them on several occasions and still no reply. There isn’t a phone number on there website so you cant even call them.

Item ordered 08/10/24 and STILL not recieved after 16 days and needed for a charity walk that had now been done. No reply to contact. Bloody poor show and bloody rude frankly. Raging.
Avoid at all costs!
Returns policy a designed to make the process practically impossible, despite the item being faulty. Avoid at all costs!

Setting it up
Got my PoochPlay about a month ago and can’t get past the setting up stage on the app. Have sent loads of emails with no reply. Very unhappy with product.
The battery life is appalling
The battery life is appalling, states it lasts upto 6 months, I have had to change the batteries twice in a week, I have emailed 3 times about the situation and asked for a refund but no reply.

ordered the product 3 weeks ago and it sill hasn't arrived. have emailed them twice about it, but NO CONTACT from their side. last time asked money back, still no reaction from them
Disappointing
It’s been great for over a year but there is a fault now. The screen that’s appeared is telling me to update to a more expensive model and I can’t close it down. I’m really disappointed as I have sent three emails to customer service and had no reply.

Very happy so far - every dog owner should have one!
I use this product to keep track of my dogs activity. It’s fanstastic! Really interesting to see what he does during the day (mostly sleeping...English bulldog).
Would 100% recommend. Great way to monitor your dogs activity and keep you on track keeping them fit.
Best option for a tracker
I did not know what to think before getting this app for my dog as I have tried a few before and was not fully satisfied. This app gave not only information about my dogs daily exercise intake and needs but also recommended amount of protein needed and helps me keep track of any appointments for my puppy.
You will not regret downloading the app.
Love it!
