Ok so this app was a winner for me until recently.
Payouts were coming through but lately I haven't been paid for the things I had completed. Sent in requests to look into things, then they started marking it as paid with out paying it. The rewards that were paid were not at the stated coins and sometimes millions missing.
Today I see they have reset my app back to "new user" status and the $6.00 I had has gone completely.
Be very aware this company is not paying out as they say and the amount is not what it is supposed to be.
If developers are paying them they need to stop.
Emails won't go through.
More adds than game.
Things have drastically changed with this app in the last few weeks, and not for the good.

oh yes, so i could not withdrawal from my chromebook app but can on my phone? best response....just use your phone then. okay but what about my winnings on the computer?? best answer yet......just take a screen shot and send it too us. un f%%king beleiveable. so glad i didnt wast anymore time on this.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with JustFly, which has been both frustrating and unacceptable.

I booked my flight through JustFly in good faith, expecting that as a third-party travel agency, your company would provide adequate support in the event of disruptions. Unfortunately, when my flight was canceled by the airline, JustFly failed to fulfill its responsibility to assist me.

Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer service team, I did not receive timely or meaningful assistance. I was not provided with clear rebooking options, nor was a prompt refund processed. Instead, I was left to resolve the issue on my own with the airline, even though my booking and payment were made through JustFly.

This lack of support represents a failure to meet basic consumer expectations and raises serious concerns regarding your company’s business practices. As an intermediary, JustFly has an obligation to provide reasonable assistance when significant travel disruptions occur.

At this point, I am requesting the following:

1. A full refund of the unused ticket without further delay
2. Written confirmation regarding the status of my case
3. An explanation for the lack of customer support provided

Please be advised that I have already begun pursuing further action, including filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the U.S. Department of Transportation, as well as initiating a dispute with my credit card provider.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will continue to escalate the issue through all available consumer protection channels.

I expect a response within a reasonable timeframe.

I absolutely truly 100% love this app. It’s awesome. You can make a few extra dollars I mean you’re not gonna get rich. It’s not gonna pay your bills but you know if you’re struggling financially $10 a day can be a huge help so I love this app. I just take the fact that every time you breathe every time you move every time you’re right to play a game you have to go to a break at add add there is entirely and I understand we have to have ads to keep things level, but there is no reason to happen to have ads. I mean it’ll take you two hours just to complete when you’re going to do the task it’ll take you two hours just to complete one game because there’s so many ads. I think that resist entirely too many ants in this game I mean it’s that’s the only reason that I gave it to two other than that it it’s wonderful. I have left many mini games because of the apps because I find it extremely annoying. I mean, there’s no no reasoning that you’re in the middle of a game and you have to stop to do it. It’s that is just senseless to me and I may personally that is one thing that I will leave an app over and there’s just no sense in it.

Really super easy to use app you make decent amount of money if you play a decent amount of time there's all kinds of gift cards and PayPal cash and all you're doing is wasting your time playing a game anyways so you might as well make a little bit of money off of it may not be much but hey it's more than what we had

I did the bigo live offer, all was tracked and going well, until I hit a milestone that paid me 6 million coins. That didn't track, I opened a ticket and this is their response.

We regret to inform you that your issue was found to be ineligible for the reward, due to the following:
Not meeting the requirements of the offer - Violation of our Terms of Service while using our Services.

Therefore, your reward cannot be issued, and this CS ticket will be permanently closed.

They permanently closed the chat so I couldn't reply, also they were vague and told me nothing, which is very frustrating. I guess they like the thought of stealing my time and my coins which is fine, I'll just not bother doing high offers or watching ads, this app isn't that important to me, but for many it's a lifeline so to do this is disgusting.

Customer support is near enough non existent,n they struggle to understand the easiest of things when they do reply. I've asked four times why completing 200 levels on the offer wall paid less than an earlier offer if complete 50 levels and they don't understand what I mean lol
Some games don't give coins,
Some games don't track.
The conversion rate is terrible and not Worth my time anymore.

JustPlay is a great app with lots of fun games. It’s legit, and you can get your payout directly to PayPal in seconds! I have cashed out numerous times and they are always fast!I love JustPlay more than any other rewards app out there!

They won't let me cash out 9 bucks. This is the most I've accumulated In 3 years and they won't let me cash out, claiming my face is associated with another account but they don't even let you register a email address. I don't know I don't understand them.

Sorry, but it's a waste of time. I would earn more money and faster by walking the streets looking for dropped change.

I love playing just play cause it's great to be able to cash out in 3 hours cause it helps with the little things like my cats wet food cause he his spoiled

I played for months says up to 50 dollars for completing all tasks which takes about 6 hours and get payed what a dollar it’s a waist of time your time is more valuable than a dollar

Just play has gone from my number one site to the worst almost overnight with its latest update and changes , it is almost ad break on top of ad break with ads what seems like tripling and rewards have taken a dive the carousel no longer pays any reward it seems other than a useless amount of coins, the entire app has turned into a waste of time .. what was highly recommended is now a waste of internet space....I am going to have all my data removed from their site as I will no longer be using it ....

I have enjoyed playing Just Play payout was wonderful, as more and more people join cash became lesser than I first harder too earn $$.
But it still remain my favorite app. On my phone right today.

The new challenges are great and they payout as soon as you complete them instead of having to wait 3 hours.

Fun af if u know what to do and what games to play this can make u a good chunk of change

Your program sucks because you want a picture of a person who is required to read what is on the screen even though you cannot wear your glasses while you're reading it so it sucks either tell you what you want done on the picture or don't ask you to take your glasses off

Yes, I wanted to write a review. JustPlay is the only one that isn’t full of shit. I commend them thank you very much. Just play for being who you are and being authentic.
