The lot had minimum parking available although I made a reservation so it was difficult finding a park since cars without reservations were allowed to park.

Great parking spot though the location from sat nav not accurate

First time of using, very simple and efficient

I couldn’t park there. I have a code for the gate on the booking email and that didn’t work. On the website there is a different code, and the booking did not register with my JustPark app. Plus I called 4 times and couldn’t get through to anyone. Not a great experience.

Simple procedure to find and pay for parking. Much better than arriving in a busy place and then searching for somewhere safe and suitable to park. Will use again in future

Use Yourparkingspace not Justpark. They say only when you have a problem with a company, only then do really see how good they are. My first time using Justpark. I paid for parking with JustPark. They sent no Text or Email to confirm my booking, nothing. Though they took payment. I had no reference or booking number. I didn’t even know the car park address. I contacted Justpark for a refund . Nuraan from Justpark kindly sent me the parking bay owners phone number and advised me to call them for a refund. As Justpark won’t give a refund. Yourparkingspace who I have used many times have been excellent, email & text you to excess. Please don’t use Justpark, if you encounter a problem I have found them to be absolutely Garbage beyond belief.

Straight forward instructions,easy to find location,secure and good price compared to other parking areas.

Perfect location for where our hotel was

The location was really good. The house owner wasn't in, and it was lucky that the car wasn't parked in the middle of the drive, because we or the person looking after the house, didn't know that a second car was to be parked on the drive.

So ready to book, took the stress out of trying to park for an appointment at Kingston Hospital. Very easy parking space. Definitely recommend and I will use again.

I booked a space and need to change the booking details - the website says to cancel and rebook but this cannot be done from the online portal. I have raised a ticket but no one has been in touch ant is is impossible to speak to a real person either on the phone or via the chat. Really disappointing overall!

Justpark is very convinient, they found parking 1 minute from the tube stion. Lastly, the paeking charges were economical. I will use their service again and recommend others use JustPark when plan travel to London

Easy to find convenient space and to book. We decided on the day to drive (instead of chancing late night trains!) and took about 3 mins to get the space booked and confirmed. Will use again!

Great overnight parking and affordable. Easy to find, after looping round a second time (Nav system took us to front pedestrian entrance). Felt safe.

First time using JustPark, paid an amount for a parking space on 12th june in advance for a weekend. Opened my bank yesterday to my account overdrawn as theyve left the pending amount on my account and have taken the payment in two amounts, iv spent all of today so far since 8am trying to get the pending amount reversed and iv spent 95% of the time waiting for a response on the live chat as well as on hold to the company. I want to keep my booking of course but this matter needs to be resolved. It just seems like im getting nowhere. First time using them and it will be the last once my time away is done
