Super fast delivery, very happy with the items. Will use again

Bought a paintball marker from these guys. Great, helpfull people.

I order 1 item. The confirmation email said I would receive an email when it was dispatched. I didn't. It was on a 3-5 day delivery. Which it didn't arrive. I emailed. I emailed again. Then I read the reviews for the company, and wish I had never bothered. So lucky I went on PayPal and got my money back through them. Don't bother using this company if you want you goods.

I made the purchase from Just Paintball under order. The product I ordered was 2x boxes of paintballs, which, based on the images on their website, appeared to have an orange shell. This specific shell colour was important to me, as it serves a practical purpose during paintball games for visibility and team identification. However, upon receiving the order, I discovered that the paintballs had a dark red or maroon shell, which was significantly different from what was shown in the product images online.

After contacting the company to report the issue, I was informed that the colour stated on the website refers to the internal fill, not the shell. Although this may have been mentioned in the product description, the images shown on their website clearly displayed orange shells, which contradicted the textual disclaimer. This visual representation directly influenced my purchasing decision, as I had no reason to assume the image was inaccurate or symbolic. I explained this to their CS and requested a return and refund on the basis that the product received did not match the reasonable expectations set by their online advertising.

They refused my request, citing their terms and conditions and stating that paintballs cannot be returned due to their temperature-sensitive nature. I responded again to clarify that this was not a case of simply changing my mind, but rather one of misrepresentation, as the product did not match the advertised visuals. Despite several attempts to resolve this matter amicably and professionally, the company has stood by their decision and confirmed that they will not process a return or a refund.

Given that I have exhausted all options with the seller, I am now turning to my bank to recover the payment.

I WON'T RECOMMEND ANY PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Absolutely awful company and customer service.

States one policy on the website and another from a colleague.
Say's to contact the company before returning an item as if you don't they can't guarantee a refund on postage, they are now saying that is for faulty items only. Which isn't stated on the website.

Andy even commented and said how the website is 'vague' and put (x) on the end of a sentence and said he wasn't replying to my messages as he had a 'family emergency' the whole customer service experience was just extremely unprofessional.

Customer service awful, not replying to emails and being very sarcastic on web chat.

I used this company to buy an Airsoft gun and to my surprise they called me to say the gun I ordered was not in stock after a few moments on the phone they were very helpful in getting me a better gun since then I’ve ordered again from them adding a spare mag and 2cans of gas that only cost me 90p due to the reward points program they have in my opinion this is a excellent company and I won’t hesitate to use them again

Awful service, I ordered a speed loaded and some BB's on the 5th May, but no updates on delivery up to 24th, I call and to get through was awful, seemed like they kept putting the phone down. After getting through to someone they say they sent 1st class which was a lie due to you always get a shipping confirmation to state the item is shipped even if its 1st class which is a website generated email for shipped orders. they said they'll make sure its delivered Thursday or Friday, Friday midday the email comes through stating it's shipped. Awful customer service and company, do not use!

They say they offer a guaranteed next working day for orders placed before 4pm if you pay the premium (which I did). Yet, three weeks later my order still hasn't arrived and no offer of a delivery date as of yet. Asked for a refund online but then they then replied to say that they don't have any record of my order, yet they have my money and I have an order number? So, I have now placed a claim through PayPal just to get my money back in full as they won't refund me. I would avoid Just Paintball like the plague, the customer service level and communications are probably the worst I've ever experienced in online retail. Only yesterday I decided to seek my purchase via another company called Modern Combat Sports UK, who delivered next day. So I actually got the product faster form another business before Just Paintball have processed my refund - how mad is that.

Surfing the web for hours trying to find a cool junior paintball marker for my 9yo brother, justpaintball.co.uk we’re by far the most equipped and cheapest. Liam was super helpful in helping me decide which marker to go for and assured next day delivery. Now my go-to paintball shop for future purchases for our new hobby!

Just bought an HDR paint marker from them.
Ordered on their website on Friday. Got a call from them that day to say their supply was not coming until the end of the next week. Did I still want to proceed.
I said YES. Called them Thursday and was told it was on the way, should be there next day. Also received email and text with delivery details. Arrived as promised.
