If it hadn’t been for a bit of…

If it hadn’t been for a bit of confusion re the delivery date it would’ve been a perfect 5!
Having asked the courier to delay the delivery for 24hours as we were unavailable and having received a confirmation of the change of date, DPD went ahead and delivered the package on the original date!🤷🏼‍♀️
Fortunately a helpful neighbour was alert enough to take the package in and give it to us later!

Awful company

Awful company. My parcel never arrived and they refused to take help me with a refund or new product. Had to contact my bank to sort
