This company is set up to act like the biggest up and coming travel company. But soon will be noticed as the scam artist of travel, do not book wirh them, there is no savings, trust me. Booked wirh Full cancellation insurance for the two passengers. One of my crew kids really sick he has to take off work and now wont be ablr to take off those 4 days, and other person doesnt want to be 3rd wheel in vegas So called to cancell. I said no problem. They said no you can't hang up on me then I called back and was put on hold 5 times after 5 minutes disconnected
Spent 1.5 hrs on line chat to cancell the trip and was denied. Guess the $90 / person total of $180 I paid for full refund cancelation is not any good. Literally AI IS one talking on chat and ph unless u ask for a person
. Horrible experience now out $1294.85 as of now I am turning in for full credit to credit card company for misrepresentation. Choose a US company not this pathetic Canadian hunk of crap, so disappointed.

Scammers!!!!!

Don’t be fooled by their prices, I bought 4 tickets to Ghana in April for $1945 for each person, in June when we were ready to travel and I decided to check in the day before, I was told my ticket has been cancelled and they made me pay extra $900 before getting another ticket. When I was returning, instead of two luggage each, we were only allowed one luggage each, so I had to pay extra $400 for the other 4 luggages. They are scammers, do not buy your ticket from them.

Don't be fooled by the slick website like I was. This is still a deceptive company running a scam.

I tried to purchase an international flight for my wife for a very necessary overseas trip. After four days of pending status, and charges pending on my credit card, I had no confirmation of my ticket, and only a reference number to go by. Not being able to wait any longer, I attempted to go online to cancel the purchase, so I could validate the charges for this flight were cleared before attempting to book another.

Because there is no confirmation number, the online portal is useless, as the reference number you get does not fulfill any of the auto prompts on the website and you cannot continue.

I called the customer service over the phone, and once again, there are no prompts unless you have a booking number. After lying to the prompts just to be able to get to talk to a person, the person, though very polite, was obviously not empowered by the company to be able to cancel this transaction. The only option I had was to cancel the transaction while simultaneously booking the same or equal flight again at the same time.

When I insisted that I just wanted to cancel the flight, I was told I was being transferred to "customer service" but was then ultimately just transferred back to the beginning of the phone prompt sequence.

If you read the fine print on their website, Justfly only guarantees you will be issued the ticket at price within 24 hours or 72 of the flight (domestic vs international) regardless of how long in advance you book the flight. I've been buying flights online since it became a thing. Since when are you not booked immediately? Since when does it take up to (and over) 4 days for CC charge to be processed? How can a "travel company" not have a process to cancel reservations that are just pending, and literally haven't even been charged yet, let alone confirmed or booked?

All of these questions, along with the perfectly designed but utterly useless website help portal, along with the phone prompts that make it so you can literally only get to sales people; make me really believe this company is a scam. I'm not exactly sure what type, but I’m guessing they survive mostly off of fees. Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, $200 after that for international flight. Then, hold the process in limbo for well over 24 hours, while simultaneously making it impossible for the customer to cancel the booking with the information they are given upon completion of the translation. Boom, $200 in pocket and no more getting sued, because this time they told you they would be doing it. They just didn't tell you it would be impossible to cancel within 24 hours. This seems like a fancy workaround for what they were sued for and lost the case against between 2019 and 2021.

By the way it was also alleged that Justly was making its own fake positive reviews during that time. So I hope you chose to read my longer 1 star review and take it to heart over the short quips about “easy to use” and “great service” attached to the 4 and 5 star reviews.

TLDR - Seriously, just book on any other website. I wouldn’t wish the amount of stress you will have booking through here on anyone except the executive team of Justfly.com

Lied and misrepresented refund status.

We booked R/T flights a year ago to Europe. Then CoVid prevented us from using the flights. I attempted to cancel three weeks prior to the out bound, and two and a half months prior to the return. i got the runaround from that point on. Justfly refused to refund blaming the airline. Airline stated i had to get the Booking agent (Justfly) to get my refund. I finally filed a claim with the Dept. of Transportation, and got most of my money. Not worth going after the $200 shortage.

I am disgusted by the service I…

I am disgusted by the service I received for this trip. I booked off of Justfly 3rd party booking, I paid for my seat do to my shoulder disability restrictions I needed to be with my left shoulder toward the window. A day before my flight it showed I no longer had a seat reserved I called Justfly who said I needed to call Finnair who then said I needed to call justly and then of course directed to American Airlines where I asked why I was told if you don’t book direct it is only a request not a guarantee. (Who pays for a request? And why was this never advised?). So I had to get a seat once again. I arrived to the airport after a 4 hour drive which got cancelled less than 3 hours before take off due to weather. I called AA who insisted they could not rebook me I would have to call Justfly or Finnair and called both whom directed back to AA I repeated this cycle 3+ times before AA finally put me on a flight the following day. I had to pay for a hotel for the night as well as transportation because I did not live there and I was dropped off for my flight. I got put on a packed flight and of course had to pay for ANOTHER seat which did not accommodate my seating needs. I was miserable the whole flight in horrible pain due to my shoulder, I have to lean into the window and could not do so because I got put in a right side window seat. When I rebooked I was advised to call after I get to my destination and request a partial to full refund so that is what I did, of course again no one wanted to speak to me I was just referred in circles again between justly, Finnair and American Airlines. I do not feel Finnair honestly could help me in anyway however Justly and AA chose not to I ended up asking to talk to a manager when calling AA. A gentleman got on the phone and overtasked me, would not listen and his response was “if you have the a problem call the weather station and complain not us” I asked for his name and in return he hung up in my face. I then moved on to chat so I could track just how badly the service was between all parties. I have never felt so undervalued by a business I give a lot of money to in my life. Out of all the people I spoke with not one even showed the littlest bit of WANTING to help me or understand my frustrations.

Before you purchase any products or
services read every word and line of how they do business.
I purchased 2 etickets, never received them, call to cancel within 3 hours, the refuse to give all money back as stated by their own policy. They hold $75 per ticket. I had to call the airline to purchase again the same tickets
DO NOT USE THIS JustFly.com

PLEASE DON'T USE JUSTFLY.COM

DO NOT USE JUST FLY. THEY ARE HARD CORE CROOKS!! Whenever you purchase tickets at the price shown on the website, you will get a "Thank You" for the booking message, Then they cancel it RIGHT AWAY citing that the price has (suddenly) increased, urging you to purchase at new price. This happened to me at least Twice. The 3rd time, (thinking perhaps it's a technical glitch) I decided to CALL them to make sure the price is ACTUALLY what the Website Says! They confirmed the price, and took my Credit card info, but right before charging it, they say; :" Oh no, sorry mam but the price has changed to $398, would you like me to still book the tickets" I said "NO! - I only want it at the $325 Price. The rep said "OK" and put me on hold and never returned. Five minutes later I see an email stating that my card was charged $398! I am lucky that it was declined!
There are several hundred complaints about them yet they are still in business. This is appalling!

Scam, Bait and switch and dishonest site. DON'T USE IT!!

This Site SUCKS. After booking a flight to Milan, with 24 hour to cancel, I tried to select seats and found I had to pay $17.00 a seat for each leg of the trip, a total of $136.00. When I tried to cancel I found I got to pay $150 for the privilege with no notice making that clear on the site.

I call Justfly customer service and after one "customer service" rep., gave me the run around about the seat select for 30 minutes and not giving any merit to my complaint, I asked to speak to a supervisor. He HUNG UP on me. WOW.

I called again and spoke to another rep. She listened to my complaints and concerns and directed me to the "Terms and Conditions" item at the bottom of the website which is practically impossible to access and no one reads that stuff anyway. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after several minutes on hold, a supervisor responded but by that time I realized I was going to have to pay for my seat, I CANCELLED my reservation and paid $150 on my credit card. I just hope I will get my refund sometime soon.

So I went directly to the airline and booked the very same flights without paying extra for the seats and the total was $114 less than their so-called super saver.

This booking agent SUCKS. Don't get fooled by this bait and switch company.
