Absolutely ridiculous experience with…

Absolutely ridiculous experience with this platform. My account has now been deactivated for the SECOND time over something completely harmless—simply asking someone I’d previously spoken to what they’ve been up to. No warning, no proper explanation, just straight to deactivation.

It feels like there’s zero consistency or fairness in how they moderate users. You’re left walking on eggshells, not knowing what normal interaction is suddenly going to get you banned next.

Customer support is either non-existent or gives generic responses that don’t actually address the issue. For a platform that’s supposed to encourage connecting with people, they make it incredibly difficult to do just that.

Would not recommend at all—there are far better apps out there that treat their users with a bit more respect and common sense.

Total scam , I worked on that site before

Honestly, I’m still surprised this site is still operating. It’s a total scam. I worked there in 2020 as a moderator, and my job was to use different fake profiles to chat with customers and keep them on the site so they would spend more money.
Please be careful, everyone, and this applies to women too. I also used fake male profiles.
Please don’t judge me. I was young in 2020 and needed money, and at that time it felt like the only option I had

This site is a total scam

This site is a total scam. Stupidly I paid over $300 for coins and got nothing from it. I suggested 3 times to one guy to move off this platform after messaging constantly for a week and everytime he rejected the idea. The other two I suggested once and straight away was met with excuses.
Also everyday at around 5am I got messages that were way to polite and over the top to be real.
One example is Good morning. May you move through today with clarity, patience, and a steady sense of purpose.
Also you get 30 smashes a day and half the ones that show up either have a photo of just the top of their head or side of their face. You have the option of buying more smashes for 5 coins but why would you if that is the calibre you get to choose from. I wish I could post photos to show what I mean. I will be reviewing on Google as well.

Slow replies and limited matches

I tried justlo hoping to meet new people nearby, but after several weeks most conversations felt slow or one-sided. On platforms like j4l.us, features like as clear activity indicators and verified by passport users make it wasy to tell who is actively looking to connect, which makes the lack of clarity here noticeable

A lot of profiles seem inactive or don`t respond beyond short greetings, which makess it hard to move conversations forward. The search and filter functions feel basic, and without better tools to sort matches it often feels like browsing aimlessly

Customer support responded when I reached out, but theit answers didn`t really fix the issues I had. Overall, justlo might work ffor casual browsing, but it falls short if you are looking for steady replies and more active users

Scam ... please no not use this site!

This site is totally fake and I feel totally humiliated that I have been sucked in. This site is taking advantage of genuine people who are lonely and looking for company. I don't know how they can sleep at night.

Scammed all the way. Stay away.

I am presently on the site, Have bank statements to prove the payments. All have the same excuse after weeks of texting. One by one, don't want to meet up just yet, I need time to get to know you on here. Not even meet in a public place, not ready for meet up.£1000 spent to date, same result. I go on Tinder and in 2 day's get to meet in a public place. An investigation needs to be done on the site. Please stay clear.

Please don't use this site

Please don't use this site, in my experience I was foolish and was paying for coins when I had enough coins for one more message the person on the other send would keep saying they will wait for me. She would always message back quickly as if coins was easily affordable her end. It's a scam in my opinion

Very promisingly initially…

Very promisingly initially… two attrattive ladies, at least according to the pictures, were quite happy to befriend & chat with me. Age difference nor location didn’t seem to matter much.
But like most date scammers both followed the common scammers narrative in ignoring or simply not answering real questions. Their job must just be to extend the chat so you have to buy more and more coins to continue.
Just so you know, $40 will give you just 15 short messages. Looks like a good money making scam to me.
I even gave my real mobile number to continue chatting on WhatsApp or via SMS but both ignored it and when asked again had some excuse not to go that way and stay on Justlo.
Sure, there are many real people using that site and are possibly finding some love but in my case I wasted $90 just to have a chat of no real value with two attractive pictures.
Just be aware and don’t get sucked in…

Please be very careful. They use fake accounts. It's the team in Justlo who message you. It's a scam. You will see different times a different person from the team are messaging you.

Rip off

£9.99 for 35 coins. A small message costs 6 coins, a large one costs 12. I'm no mathematician but basically a tenner gives you no more than five small messages or two large messages and one small message, making it approx £2-£4 per message, with people that I'm not even convinced are real. Total rip off by these con artists. Steer well clear.

Justlo is a SCAM

Worst dating app!! Please avoid it completely. Justlo is a scam. When you create a profile you will start getting messages from many users and they all will praise you to get your attention to talk. And then you will start a conversation and enjoy until you get running low on coins if you ask someone if we could talk on a different app all will reply to you that we should wait until we get to know each other and some will reply I do not want to give you as earlier I had a bad experience and it was so traumatic lol haha. They want you to stay on the app by keeping the conversation going to get you to spend more money on coins and you will get nothing. I have met with one of justlo employee and he told me everything about their scam. The people behind the profile are justlo staff who are using someone else profiles and their job is to keep talking to you only on their platform and make you fall in love with them so that you keep buying coins for them. They have hired people mostly from Nigeria and Africa who work for them. And when you ask justlo for a refund they will block your profile immediately. If anyone needs proof Please let me know (Insta- jazz.yjuan )Please don’t get into this trap you will get nothing they are just filling their pockets with your hard-earned money.
