I was happy with the service . I received a good monthly payment .

pay them 3000 to help me to prove..i did not own ,,irs ..they lie..never send the right paper work..then drage me for yrs..the ggave me about..3-6 helpes..all have quit the job with them..because..the lies..stay far away..noth thing but liers......

This company is a SCAM - I have paid over $14,000 to them of the massive $25,000 fee they charged me , hired them back in 2025 to resolve tax issues in two states and prepare and file 2024 taxes , here it is 09/2026 and still to date they have resolved ZERO tax , issues , they have not filed a single tax return , now the IRS is sending demanding letters because they have failed to file 2024 taxes and without 2024 being filed of course cant file 2025, they demand more and more money yet cant prove they have even done enough work to account for even $2,000 of the $14,000 already paid , everytime you send a email asking for a update , they send it to the "Lawyer" to respond and of course they have NO new information yet Justice Tax will hound you to death on why you stopped making payments - they are MONEY HUNGRY folks who prey on people in desperate situations and they take advantage of that , they make all kinds of promises and assurances and produce NOTHING - if you are considering using these people BE CAUTIOUS !!! - like I said they charged me $25,000 and I am now being told by local tax attorneys who have only practiced tax law 35+ years, fees should not have even been over $11,000 for FULL COMPLETE SERVICES, remember hired these people in March 2025 and here it is September 2026 - and they have DONE NOTHING, FILED NOTHING

we wasted our money and paid them to do a job they failed to do on time. I have spoken to other people who hired them and had the same experience. go somewhere else or do it yourself. we owe more now because they failed to tell us we had to pay 75% first before any work would be done. it’s been a constant having to submit the same paperwork over and over! it’s been frustrating.

They are still holding me hostage for over 1,000 dollars and I am not able to get any work done or receive any money back or paperwork other than the standard handout they give out!
This company is a disgrace to the an already very fraudulent industry.
So hard to find honesty and integrity and so easy to steal and try to use paperwork to hide like cowards.
They will sink soon.

They took my $7000 to do the job and did not perform. I am still in tax debt and have never heard a word from them. My experience with them demonstrates they have no Ethics. They just want your money.

TLDR: Claimed they could reduce the amount of back taxes I owed to the state and IRS; did absolutely nothing in 6 weeks. I had to pay them $1800 up front to put this through as a 'rush case.' Ended up having to file for bankruptcy bc my wages were being levied. I was told I would receive a partial refund, never happened. Unfortunately I can't leave more than a one star review for this company. I had back taxes that I owed (totally my fault), but didn't realize it was quite a substantial amount to both state and federal until I started receiving letters in the mail, and the state started levying my wages prior to even informing me so I could make a payment plan. I already live paycheck to paycheck and was so upset and distraught and was on the path to eviction (as the state was taking $1200/ month out of my checks AFTER taxes). I desperately searched for a company that could assist me with possibly reducing the amount of tax owed or working out another plan. I looked up Justice Tax on BBB and they seemed legit. The first person I talked to assured me they could assist me and possibly reduce my tax liability based on my income, and they would push it through as a rush case, but first I needed to pay them $1800. Fine. I thought I had found genuine help for my situation.

I had to sign paperwork making some people power of attorney for my state and federal taxes so they could discuss my tax liability with the State and the IRS. After two weeks I had heard nothing. My 'case manager' was never available when I would call and would only call me back about a third of the time I left messages and just said they were "working on it." I filled out all of their forms and submitted any documentation they asked for. I got tired of talking to my extremely rude case manager and getting absolutely nowhere. After 6 weeks I terminated my services with them as NOTHING HAD BEEN STARTED!!!

I ended up having to file bankruptcy as it was the only way to get the state to stop levying my wages.

And the icing on the cake? Since they were listed as power of attorney for both my state and federal taxes, they received a notice from the state (after my bankruptcy was finalized) that my wages were going to be levied again, and DID NOT COMMUNICATE THIS TO ME, so my wages were being levied again; I called Justice Tax to find out why they wouldn't notify a former customer if they were receiving mail on my behalf. They claimed they revoked their power of attorney immediately when I terminated my services, which is interesting, because when I talked to the state, they were able to give me the full names and contact information for the people listed as my CURRENT power(s) of attorney. The person I spoke to at Justice Tax about this was extremely rude and denied ever receiving communication from the state. I asked about receiving a partial refund, as it states in their contract that you can get a partial refund if you terminate services prior to them finishing your 'case.' I was told someone from the 'rebate team' would contact me. I waited a couple of days, called the main number back and was told there is no rebate team and they didn't know what I was talking about.

So ended up having to file bankruptcy, they got $1800, and I was able to work with the state and the IRS on my own and work out a reasonable payment plan (which Justice Tax told me would be impossible to do on my own).

This company is a SCAM, they make promises they can't keep and are rude as he** to talk to. Stay far, far away from this company. If you owe taxes, call the State, call the IRS; they will work out a reasonable payment plan with you and the best part is that it's FREE!!!

From the first person I spoke to, to the end of my case it was a wonderful experience. I felt as if I was being treated as a person, not a payday like so many other companies I spoke to.

The company came to me when I needed them most! I had some mistakes with some of Returns over the past few years and ended up owing the IRS a good chunk of change. Got on the phone with someone and they helped me realize where my issue was able to give me in the a resolution I could actually manage. Everyone I spoke to from start to finish made me feel heard.

Do not recommend this company. They are prejudice, rude and unprofessional. I am currently pursuing legal actions against them. If you have dealt with this company, please file with the BBB, Attorney General of your state, Attorney General of Florida, FTC and the IRS.

I would recommend Justice tax because of Sabrina Brunson my case worker. She took me through step by step. She was always pleasant and informative.

From start to finish they were knowledgeable and friendly. I paid about $6000 but Casey was able to help me get all my documents together and submitted to the IRS. Now I am in an agreement I can afford.
