Scammers at there finest

Don’t bother unless you want to get scammed , only send half the order then tried claiming that full order had been sent still now going through claims process despite them saying they would refund 2 months ago!

Only received half my order

I ordered two pairs of slippers as Christmas presents and only received one of them. I chased this several times with customer Services and kept getting fobbed off saying they would still arrive. Eventually I gave up and requested a refund. I was told this would be issued in 3-5 working days but it has never been received and radio silence from customer services. Wouldn't recommend this company - I won't buy from them again.

No delivery and no refund

Only received half my order, initially i was told if the rest of the order didnt appear before christmas i would get a full refund and communication was good however since messaging after christmas to say i still hadnt received my order and asked for my refund to be processed i have had very little communication from them and still no refund!! The order was placed back in october! Avoid buying from this company!

I ordered about 3 weeks before…

I ordered about 3 weeks before Xmas,they apologised for it not arriving before Xmas,offered a refund even if the slippers did arrive after Xmas,though that was great.Still not received refund,they kept saying 3-5 days,3-8 days,it's on it way etc etc!then they stopped replying to my emails!

I put order in 28th November for my girls Christmas gift, nothing arrived contacted them on 9th December told items would be that week. I contacted the 20th December still no items. Explained that it was gift for my girls Christmas. Asked to wait that items would be there before Xmas if they were not I’d received a full refund & can keep goods as apology if they arrived. Email again the day after Xmas as I still didn’t have items. To be then told they were coming but I could have 20% refund as goodwill gesture. I sent previous email about full refund if items didn’t arrive before Xmas. I was told that email would honoured and my refund would be done with 7 - 10 working days. Emailed after 10 days to ask when refund would be issued and got no response. I have contacted my bank and now disputing it with them. Items arrived in January. Packaging was not a box it very cheap wrapping with Chinese writing on it.I checked shein website the Croissants & egg slippers I had ordered can be ordered from there for a quarter of the cost that I paid
If I could I would post emails to show the responses back & forth.

Placed an order in November for…

Placed an order in November for slippers for both my daughters, was contacted to advise one pair was not in stock but would be here before Xmas. It wasn’t, fine, offered refund or wait until after Xmas, said I’d wait as my other daughter lover the slippers and still wanted hers. Received coms to say back in stock, brilliant and would be kept informed. I’ve emailed many times and no contact or update since 11/12, have no idea if it’s arriving or not, i would just like some coms or a refund, just need someone to get in touch please.

Avoid this company

My order eventually arrived - long overdue and not the size I ordered. Arrived squashed inside a black bin bag , held together with lots of tape. No nice packaging and certainly not the lovely pink box as advertised. The order - 2 pairs of slippers - were not the size I ordered. No info on website or package telling me how to return. I emailed and was given an address. No return label or returns slip to include. I did include a letter with my order number and also emailed to say it has been tracked and has been delivered. Silence from their end. Do not be fooled by their initial friendly emails. This company is a scam, as many others have already highlighted in their reviews. If I get my refund, I will amend this review…. Until then, I cannot recommend at all.

Possibly the WORST company in the world

Possibly the WORST company in the world!. The owner is a thief and a Liar. Promises refunds that never get processed, seems the owner steals your money, then winds the company down. I am working in the background at exposing this thief of an owner. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE UTTER CROOKS

Ordered the middle of November for a…

Ordered the middle of November for a Birthday the beginning of December. I was then told it would be with me in time for Christmas. Which it wasn’t. I was then told I would get a refund within in 10 days which I never and I am still waiting. Emails now being ignored. Disgusting customer service and just down right rude! Please nobody EVER order from this”company”.

Slipper review

It took a long time to get slippers but recieved in the end. Communications with just girl things was excellent. They we very helpful in explaining why slippers where late. Slippers landed up coming from USA in the end. Would order again

Trying to return

Ordered slippers on the 15th December for Christmas they didn’t come on time, I emailed to cancel this order they said I couldn’t cause they are now in transit on fare enough I accepted that. When they did arrive they where to small ordered a size 4 they just about fitted my daughter who is a size 3, so I contracted them on 31st dec to see how I return they asked for photos which I provided and I am now still waiting for them to reply and explain to me how I return.

Ordered slippers in plenty time for Christmas, emails were sent back and forward regarding where my parcel was. It is now into January, and still no parcel. Email sent again regarding refund, as I'm not waiting any longer.

Bit of a mixed review here. I was very disappointed with the delivery time. Placed an order on 6th December for a birthday gift on the 22nd, thinking I was leaving plenty of time. The order eventually arrived on Xmas Eve. I did get quick communication in response to my emails. The product itself was ok but not actually Jellycat, as initially thought at the time of ordering. I was offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture for it arriving late.

Pete the Peanut

I purchased slippers for my daughter. Pete the Peanut. Unfortunately they arrived late BUT the communication was great. They answered my messages and kept in touch. Item came in a cute little bag that you can keep and my daughter was really really happy with them.

I wouldn’t buy anything from this…

I wouldn’t buy anything from this website again. Ordered an item on 30th November, tracking was going to have it arriving 27th Dec but it turned up at 7pm on Xmas Eve. Customer service just kept reiterating delivery timescales but it was well outwith the timeframe. Very disappointing.

Your order, placed on 30 November, was delivered on Christmas Eve, only slightly later than the original estimate shown during peak Christmas shipping. Seasonal delays with Royal Mail in December are unfortunately outside our control and affected many retailers nationwide.

Our customer service team consistently reiterated the delivery timescales because those were the accurate and transparent terms in place, and the order was still progressing through the carrier network. Importantly, the item was delivered successfully and before Christmas, which we hope still allowed it to be used as intended.

While we understand the disappointment around timing, we feel a 1-star review does not fairly reflect the overall outcome or the level of support provided. We would kindly ask you to reconsider or amend your rating to better reflect the full experience.
