JustFly booked me a flight that does not exist. It was tedious to cancel the flight without paying a cancellation fee.

I didn’t like that the baggage rules wasnt posted. While the price I paid was Canadian when I attempted to purchase checked bags it quoted them in USD on the Porter site with no opportunity to adjust that AND the price was upcharged from Porter’s normal price
That being said there is still a little savings

I attempted to cancel my flight/reschedule the due to selecting the wrong dates. just fly AI was not friendly. Then hung up the call without providing a travel credit. It just told me to buy another ticket

WestJet cancelled a flight in one leg of my departure route. Spent 3.5hrs on hold/talk with two operators trying to resolve matters. After already trying to resolve it with their AI chat that got me nowhere.
In the end, they only agreed to credit me just the first half of my flights. What kind of shady stuff is that? How am I supposed to use just half of a booking? I supposed if you don't have any problems, these guys are just fine. But if you have a problem...be warned...they don't care about you and the ability to contact them is ridiculous. Waited over an hour to talk to one person. Then waited another hour to talk to the next person. Horrible service over something that should have been very simple. And this wasn't a last minute deal. I tried to make adjustments two weeks in advance of the flights and they still wanted to punish me!
