The worst ever I made reservations you send me a confirmation you sent me a notice saying that the flight was canceled and then they charge my card anyway and I can’t get a person on the phone to give me my money back your back is saying that I am not eligible for a refund you canceled I need to get my money back.
And when I rebook the flight, you sent me two confirmations for two different flights, and charge my card for two different flights.
What is going on over there? Don’t answer the phone. I’m on the phone and 32 minutes and then 34 minutes and now I’m on the phone for 59 minutes. I don’t have all day to sit on the phone waiting for an agent to answer it this is ridiculous. I’m really upset.

Worse costumer service ever. They don't answer calls. All the time, they want to chat with AI agent that keeps repeating the same sentences without any solution. My flight was changed and they didn't answer my calls. Avoid this scam website.
