A company’s true quality is revealed not when everything goes according to plan, but when something goes wrong. And based on my experience, JustFly has made it abundantly clear that it has no interest in operating like an outstanding company.
My wife and I have booked numerous flights through JustFly over the years. When the itinerary is simple and nothing goes sideways, the platform performs well—often finding competitive fares and creative routing options. But let me be absolutely clear: do not rely on JustFly for anything beyond that.
Because the moment you need actual customer service, accountability, or even basic follow through, the entire operation collapses.
On November 3, 2025, I cancelled a flight for legitimate medical reasons. I followed every instruction JustFly provided, including submitting a doctor’s letter documenting my history of dizziness and vestibular disequilibrium. I was told that JustFly had contacted the airline to request a refund and that I would receive updates via phone, email, or text.
I received nothing.
I called JustFly at least three separate times. Again—nothing. No updates, no explanations, no progress. Eventually, I managed to reach a live agent named Shahana, who assured me that I would finally receive the information I had been waiting for.
It is now April 20, 2026. Six months later. Still nothing.
At this point, the pattern is unmistakable: JustFly has ignored every attempt at communication and has effectively “ghosted” me. No refund. No follow up. No accountability. One can only assume they are hoping customers simply give up—or, given the age of many travelers, that enough time passes for the problem to resolve itself in the most morbid way possible.
This is not customer service. This is not professionalism. This is a complete failure of responsibility and a blatant disregard for the people who trusted your company with their travel plans and their money.
JustFly has eliminated any confidence I once had in its ability to operate ethically. A more accurate name for the company would be “Just Wait Forever.”
Tell me, JustFly—would you consider six months of silence a “reasonable timeframe” for a refund request you claimed to be processing?
My advice to others is simple: use JustFly to browse prices if you must, but book your travel elsewhere.
