Poorly implemented AI support = No Support

This is a company that absolutely does not want to talk to you. Every road into 'support' leads to poorly implemented AI. Call? AI. Text? AI. WhatsApp? AI.

When I insist on talking to a person, I'm told that the wait time is ... 4 hours and 10 Minutes!

NOT GETTING MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION

I USED TO BUY MY TICKETS WITH JUST FLY A LOT OF TIME, BUT SINCE TEH LAST WEEK, WHEN I MADE MY RESERVATION, THEY BOOKED MY FLIGTH AND AFTER 2 HOURS, THEY CANCELLED SAYING THE AIRLINE CHANGED THE FLIGTH WHICH WASNT TRUE BECAUSE I CALLED THE AIRLINE AND THE FLIGHT STILL EXISTING, THEN TODAY I BOOKED AGAIN, THIS TIME THEY CHARGED ON MY DEBIT CARD BUT I DIDNT GET THE EMAIL WITH THE CONFIRMATION, NO E-TICKETS, NO AIRLINES BOOK CONFIRMATION. NOW, IM TRYING TO CONTACT JUST FLY AND TALKED WITH THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, AND SHE REFFER ME TO A LIVE AGENT TO CHAT AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES, IM SO FRUSTRATE.

JustFly provided Fraudulent Phone Number and were scammed Funds

On March 17, 2026, we called JustFly to purchase check-in baggage fee. Your rep said we would need to call the airline directly and provided us ZipAir's phone number to call (800) 717-5015 - it was a scam. The person who answered at the number introduced himself as "ZipAir rep" said that tickets were un standby and needed to pay additional $1,125. He sent us an email to pay and said If we didn't pay that day, tickets would get more expensive. We paid but later tried to call you - Just Fly to see what that had happened. We were never able to get anyone from Just Fly on the line, tried many times, only got the robot chat conversation.
