I signed up for Just Fit April 2, 2024. I did not follow my process of checking reviews before making a purchase. (This is my fault and a critical failure.)

I purchased the product and while signing in, I was stopped on the page that requests “tracking”. The option to “deny tracking” can be seen but is not accessible.

I don’t want to be tracked by any app and always deny tracking accessibility.

I exited the app and tried to get a refund. I was denied by PayPal. I explained I never gained access to the product and why I couldn’t complete the registration.

PayPal frequently sides with the merchant. I’m sure their reasons are due to their contracts but the contracts result in unfair outcomes for consumers.

I can’t say whether JustFit is a good program but it is not a reputable business. A reputable business would refund a customer that never accessed their product.

Likewise, PayPal has questionable contractual agreements that are unevenly weighted toward merchants. This isn’t the first questionable outcome I’ve had with PayPal.

Be careful when purchasing JustFit. Be careful with PayPal.
I am looking for an alternate service to PayPal. If you know of a better service than PayPal, please post reviews on “PayPal reviews”.

Thought I was getting a free 7 day trial.
Going straight for chargeback via my bank for my £39.99 that was taken immediately. Haven’t got time to mess about.

I am sooo glad I read reviews first. The ads are unrelenting and One wants desperately to believe them. I knew it was too good to be true! Thank you all for saving me from another internet scam. It is a shame that they can get away with it and not one government agency intervened, and the banks are no help either!

Wish I had read reviews 1st. Requested a refund. Denied twice without being able to dispute it again. I don’t even have the app on my phone or an account.

Scam - I was charged for the whole year without any alert or notification

I requested exercise plan for someone with major new problems which I could never get. So I just did what I could which was not worth $69. In January I cancelled my subscription but 2 months later you did an automatic withdrawal out of my bank account- which you need to refund back to my bank. This withdrawal did not have authorization
So to sum it up you did not provide me with services as requested and then stole money out of my bank account!!

Not free. No trial for 7 days. Stopped working after 3 days and the tried to blame my phone. Contacted them 5 times and got the same ridiculous answer even after I said it didn't work. What a pain!

This is a big scam.I was charged 5 consecutive months after cancellation. DO NOT purchase this app.

I clicked on one lazy fit it was dreadful and when I saw the exercises I cancelled free trial never used it. Then just fit popped up it looked to be better so I clicked for first 7 days free and luckily the 1 month to follow. They immediately took £17+ from me before I had even looked at their plan
It’s totally unsuitable I may be reasonably fit I.Evri walk an hour a day and do yoga. I cannot do a walk down and walk up plank and at 71 I never will. I do have a bad back and shoulder problem but I can only have 1 declared!!!
It’s a total con and you cannot get to anyone to get your mobey back or even ask for a proper work out - there are far better on instagram for free
Wish I’d looked on here before being conned by their incessant ads. If they had any self respect they would answer sone of these comments and refund some money!!!

I was like everyone else who signed for free 7 day trial, I cancelled after day 2 but was charged. Thankfully I used a prepaid card with low balance so didn’t get my money. But now I have to pay then file for a refund or I can’t use my apple account. I took it a step further though and lodged a complaint with the BBB as well. If we don’t report this it will keep happening to others. I wish I had read the reviews first but lesson learned.I don’t want to be the cause of someone else going through this so I’m writing down my experience with this app. This is a clear cut case of false advertising. Free trial means that I have time to see if I like it before paying. Thank you. I’m amending my review because I’ve had to pay for something that should have been free to unlock my account with apple. I’ve also had to submit a request for a refund on an item that was supposed to be free. What a headache all in the pursuit of good health!!!!

They say they will make an exercise plan JUST FOR YOU!! Not true! Tell me please, what 77 year old, overweight, sedentary woman can do a plank, or a t-plank on the first day of workouts?? Most of these exercises are geared toward younger women. The woman showing how to do the exercises is not my age or body shape, so this is another lie.

There was an advert on YouTube for justfit claiming to be completely free and a fun easy workout. After completing all the information it turns out not to be free what so ever and I decide ok fine we will do the free trial.... But it takes the payment anyway!!!!

Loved the first lesson. It has peppy music and I just like the structure. It is not overwhelming - quick, easy, fun. You don't get bored or too wore out. I sit at the computer and I realize I am getting out of shape. I used to just run after 4 boys as a mom. I've had ballet training as well, but I like this program. As my stamina builds, I can do more than the suggested routine. Like if you want to do another abs workout. And I tailored the exercises to go slower than the girl til I work up to their speed. I feel I have a plan and can do them before work without being late for work!

I just joined, wish I read reviews before doing so. You don’t get your refund back once you pay $39.99. I will definitely get my moneys worth. This is ridiculous!!!!!

I wish i read the review before hand, just today i was charge 59.98sgd for a year subscription and theres no free trial at all. So its a scam. I gotta wait for next year again wether they have my details scared ill get charge again. Dont trust any of these scam at all. Wheres their customer support, none

Took money straight away but Apple did refund. Don’t sign up for 7 days free. It isn’t free!!!

Wish I'd read the other reviews first. Offered a free trail and then has taken £39.99. I cancelled immediately but that only cancels my 2025 renewal

Taking my money before I could say NO! Useless exercises! I just wanted to see if I can do the exercises at my age, 72, and I realized I do not have enough energy to do it!

Absolute scam!!!!! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. I opted for 7 day free trial. Cancelled automatic renewal immediately and £39.99 came out of my account
