Foodpanda is a masterclass in how to lose a customer. Between the glacial wait times and riders who expect you to be their GPS, it’s a total fail. I paid for convenience, not to play 'Where's Waldo' with my own food. Save your money and your sanity—delete the app.

Ok when things go smoothly but customer service sucks. No cancellation process when no drivers available. Cancelling my subscription and going back to grab. Its worth the extra fee involved to not have to deal with the clowns here at food panda

Who won't want their Refund? Yet customers service won't help with this blunder if you chose 1. What the hell!

Steven and the agent before (Justin?) was the absolute worse. They give you shitty service on delivery and you get none in compensation, worse, treated like crap especially as being one of your pro users. I’m cancelling my subscription because of your poor customer service experience.

What a pathetic deliver service, took more than an hour to deliver an order when the person whom the order was for left. Dont order with them, their service is appalling and theh charge delivery , counter and VAT charges just for the sake of pathetic delivery.

Food panda doing cheating business!

Food panda doing cheating business in Bangladesh. If orders are cancelled then they do not refund, even though non-wastage ( packets ) products are ordered. They do not have any proper service number to talk about any issue, only chat but that is never reliable and difficult to communicate / connect with them, what they have done this willingly. Never add / save any payment method with Food panda app, it will deduct amount without knowing you things properly and once payment deducted you have no choice to cancel it, if you do then they will not refund you. One thing if you install your Food panda app in your mobile and if that mobile has Bkash wallet enable then without your consent / hiddenly Food panda will save / bind your Bkash number, so they can deduct money anytime hiddenly! Even I had to contact with Bkash service center to unbind my Bkash wallet number from food panda!

I’m so disappointed with Foodpanda

I’m so disappointed with Foodpanda. Too many riders keep declining or canceling my orders—even when the restaurant already accepted it. Refunding isn’t a fix. I don’t want my money back, I want my food. I want to order and eat without hassle. I used to think I could rely on you, but clearly not. This has happened more than once, and it's beyond frustrating. Do better.

Foodpanda has lost sight of what matters

My recent experience with Foodpanda left me extremely disappointed and disheartened. An order I received was incomplete and far from what was promised. When I raised the issue, I hoped Foodpanda would stand by their responsibility to their customers and ensure proper service standards were upheld.

Instead, Foodpanda was dismissive, repeatedly tried to shift the blame, and made it clear that they were more interested in protecting themselves than taking real accountability. It took days of chasing and escalating just to receive a small voucher — not even a proper refund — and all the while, the focus was on closing the case, not on making things right.

Foodpanda seems to have forgotten that the vendors they feature are their responsibility, not the customer’s. Customers trust the platform to curate, manage, and ensure the quality of what they offer. When things go wrong, hiding behind automated policies and scripted responses only shows one thing — that Foodpanda prioritizes their own convenience over the trust of both their customers and their vendors.

It’s disheartening to see a platform that once stood for ease and reliability now treat genuine concerns with such disregard.
I can no longer recommend Foodpanda to others after this experience.

It's just sad that I always have issues…

It's just sad that I always have issues with the pandamart deliveries. I always receive the wrong items or missing items. Today im missing 3 ice cream tubs, instead I received a pack of 6 pack kitchen paper towels

Absolute incompetence

Absolute incompetence! They sent an on foot delivery guy to pickup a pizza and carry it halfway across Singapore with no cover. When it eventually arrived stone cold they lied and said they would refund. Of course they didn’t and took no responsibility! Never ever use these incompetent scammers again!

No respond from the customer service…

No respond from the customer service and restaurant. The order timing keep increasing from 30 mins to 50 mins and ended up telling the restaurant cancelled and unable to proceed with the order after 1 hour 30 mins wait. Very disappointing

I don’t even want to give the 1 star! Is not worth it! I ordered twice from the same restaurant by the FP system error. NOT by accidentally! Is because thier system went wrong! I immediately called the restaurant to informed them is a double order due to the so call big company system error!

FP refused refund me due to this stupid reason saying that the restaurant will rugi from making double order. But I already call the restaurant myself to informed FP system went wrong. So basically the restaurant didn’t making double order. The 46.99 I haram kan FP. I rather buy food for stray cat.

I had so many bad experience always automatically cancelled my orders after hours of waiting (I never check my refund from my previous account ) from the previous. I deleted your service once and because I think of one of the restaurant which Grab doesn’t have it and I reinstalled to give it a try might be get a good try. But THIS is another DISAPPOINTMENT.

I WILL BE GRAB FOREVER no headache and get discounts instantly.

Think twice when you sign with Food Panda

Be very careful when you sign up with Food Panda. Our restaurant did RM3,235.00 of food sales in about 28 days through FP. FP deducted RM697 as discounts to customers, RM684 in commissions, RM1,447 for advertising, RM170 for SST & paid us RM186. We are a newly opened restaurant struggling to breakeven. FP must make sure that businesses using its platform can survive so that they can make money & not to kill them off by charging them exorbitant fees.

Incorrect Order - but Partial Refund?

I ordered a Royal Milk Tea from The Alley Mont Kiara via FoodPanda.

This is advertised with tapioca pearls.

Without asking , or checking - this note was pasted on my order and sent out.

If the store runs out of an ingredient - the right thing to do is to contact the customer and ASK - can we make the swap? or would you like to cancel.

Not make whatever you like to maintain your cancellation rate.

When Foodpanda was contacted, they only offered a RM9 voucher out of the RM22 paid for something I didn't order.

I repeatedly explained to FoodPanda - the store made unauthorised changes, and there should be an automatic refund - not a negotiation.

They then upped the refund to RM9+RM5 voucher. This implies I need to spend more money to get back the money spent on an incorrect order.

So pennywise, poundfoolish.

This is my last order on Alley, and the FoodPanda app has also been deleted.

I hope this RM14 makes FoodPanda very successful in the future, its the last money they earn from me.
