Excellent service clearing several large items of furniture
Contacted JustClear to organise clearance of several large items (sofabed, bed frame, etc). They provided a reasonable quote and organised collection for within a week. They arrived promptly on the day and were a lovely team who cleared the items quickly. Thank you so much - we had been let down by a charity who was supposed to clear these items, after my dad passed away we needed his rented property cleared. It is such a relief to have them gone without any issues this time! Highly recommend.

Tried to change collection details after payment
My previous review, based on the speed with which the booking was confirmed, was 5 stars. However, shortly after confirming the booking and taking payment, Brendan twice attempted to change the day of the delivery, which I thought was unprofessional and quite shady. As a result, I did not feel comfortable using Just Clear and have requested to cancel the booking.

We understand that moving can be a stressful time for our clients and we sincerely apologise for any added stress we may have caused by asking you if we can collect a day early or a day after.

Great business model; excellent team
I love the business model that Just Clear have. Clearing houses with a target of zero to land fill, up recycling and recycling wherever possible was a clear differentiator. Danny and Will were smart, courteous and professional and made the process very easy and smooth. A great team. There was a hiccup in the booking process but Brendan personally called me to understand, explain and deal with it promptly.
Overall a very good service which I would recommend to anyone having to clear out a property.
