Once again I have enormous problems with your online order system. Passwords not recognised, no resets being sent, no override to buy as a guest. Customer contact page wont send... I give up, I wont waste any more of my time on poor quality tech. You must lose a lot of business, including mine

Completely failed to deliver any of the items I ordered. Not sure what else to say.

If i could give less stars I would as one is being a bit generous! I had a pack of 4 sauces for Christmas last year and when using one of the bottles i found small pieces of blue rubber in the sauce that wasn’t really the worst of it i tried to contact them first via the contact on their web site with no reply so tried facebook still no reply in the end i had to get environmental health involved due to the frustration of being ignored. So they got the company to investigate but funnily enough they found nothing which if i was investigating myself for something potentially damaging i probably wouldn’t of found anything either 🤷‍♂️. Even after sending the contaminated bottle and another bottle to them for testing i still had no contact off the company eventually i got a very rude reply and a lie to say they had contacted me which they hadn’t and no offer to replace the sauce i found rubber bits in not that id want one now anyway itd probably taste quite bitter shame that what could be a nice sauce has been totally spoilt by poor customer service thanks for nothing hannah

Customer service appalling actually on the verge of plain rude and ignorant! Will never order again and go back to Weymouth 51 who are a decent company!
Used to recommend but will ensure to spread the word on their diabolical customer service!
Packaging is inadequate!

Recently picked up 3 sauces: Chipotle, Winter and Habanero. All 3 are absolute winners - however the Winter bottle came in the post cracked. Sent an email to Hanna who promptly confirmed and sent out a replacement, which arrived after the weekend!

Very tasty sauces with a decent kick and exemplary service, 10/10. Will be buying from Wiltshire Chilli Farms again!

I have done multiple orders with this company and love the variety of flavourful sauces that they create which are some of the spiciest on the market. In particular I’d love to commend the company on their “worlds hottest shot” which myself and a few trusted friends all took together earlier this year. We undertook this endeavour of heat and hubris filled nonchalance on a fateful cold December night after a few pints of the local landlords finest. One of our group immediately spit took his drink into his own face, such was his surprise at the spice levels, while the rest of us were able to get it down and hold it to start. While this initially seemed easy, stomachs quickly growled, then rumbled, and then screamed in discomfort. All 5 of us agreed it was the worst, most painful experience of our lives, bitterly regretting the lack of milk and safety measures that were on hand. Stomachs (and eyes for one of us) burned and it was a good 45 mins before the group regained a semblance of courage and confidence. Indeed, while a couple of the hard men assembled were crying on the bathroom floor, the slightly more composed among us decided that the trashy Netflix show “too hot to handle” had got its plot points wrong, and that narcissistic nympomaniacs should have to chug a bottle of overproofed chilli infused rum before humiliating themselves on public television. Indeed, shivering together in a pub 2 hours later, myself and my group were all bound from that point forward by mutually surviving a horrific event that we had all experienced to different degrees of physical, emotional and mental damage. Such was the power of the shot that hours later I was still in pain - looking up in the bathroom mirror at 4am, face red, eyes streaming with tears, stomach churning, vomit dripping down my chin and both nostrils bleeding crimson rivers at an alarming rate - and I realised how foolish I had been to dare to challenge this particular product. It was the worst experience of my life and I have 4 tough blokes who would agree with me on this count. Wiltshire Chilli Farm have created an unreal 10/10 product, I have bought this for some other friends who don’t believe it’s power and I will do it again next year to make sure that I'm still humble. I will cover the inside of my mouth and stomach with clay to ensure that I am never again beaten by “spicy drink”.

TLDR

Worlds hottest shot is a great buy but you will have a horrible experience. 10/10 do it responsibly with mates

Awful, non existent, after sales service - item received damaged in transit, hot chilli rum leaked out of bottle in transit (so all over my hands, which was very unpleasant in itself - burnt face when touched hours later even after multiple washes) and no response to emails, messenger, PayPal messages - after a whole working week I'm still waiting for a response. Bought for a present so no time now to replace and now I'm out of pocket as you have my money yet I do not have a viable product! I would like you to process my refund please - you've had long enough.

This is only getting 2 stars because I have used the company website a few times and never had a problem. I have never dealt with their customer service as I've never needed to but this time I have.

I received a wrong item, fair enough mistakes are made. I filled out their online form for contact and gave a very nice email just asking for someone to contact me about a resolution. 48 hours later and nothing. So I try the only available email address they provide on Saturday. 3 days later still nothing.

I understand black Friday is a busy time, but no response atall after all this time is unacceptable in the customer service industry.

So if your order comes correct then the company is great, if you receive a wrong order then expect for a huge delay for a response, if you ever get one

Best UK-native chilli sauce company by far.

First discovered them at a local chilli festival a few years back. Absolutely love all of the sauces I've tried, which is at least 10 or so by now! Even the extremely hot sauces are bursting with flavour. Delicious and versatile.

Their online shopping experience is fantastic as well (the fact that they accept bitcoin is a huge bonus from my perspective) and the sauces arrive promptly and carefully packed.

If you or anyone you know likes spicy sauces and other products, this should be your first stop. Their gift options are fantastic too!

Very well presented website with a good range of products. I did email with a query about discount codes related to their mailing list and didn't hear back, which was a bit disappointing, but I placed my order anyway and was happy with the service from there. Dispatch was quick and when my order arrived everything was very well packed with bubblewrap in a sturdy box. I ordered four of their salts, and they all come in very weighty glass jars with plastic grinder attachments - they feel worth the £5 price. Three are for a gift so we've not tried them, but we love the one we kept for ourselves (Garlic Chilli Salt).

A trustworthy website that I'd recommend - the only less than ideal thing was not getting a reply to my email, which wasn't about anything crucial.

I was given a selection of hot sauces for Christmas, and one of them had a problem.

Brilliant chilli sauces and rubs great for gifts. The Mediterranean rub tastes fantastic on chicken and my partner is a big fan of their chilli garlic salt. They also sell very well made comfortable cotton face masks that I needed to continue working in a shop in Scotland. Very fast delivery!
