Nonexistent help
Customer service experience was deeply disappointing.
After placing my order, I contacted the team to request an invoice with my company VAT details. My emails received no response for several days. I was ignored until I formally initiated a return request.
When they finally replied, the refusal was given without any proper explanation. It took multiple follow-ups and a formal escalation email to receive a clear answer.
The way I was treated as a customer is not okay. If you need any kind of post-purchase support, be prepared to be ignored.

For clarity, your order dates back to February 17th and was promptly shipped with a regular sales document issued to the person and address you provided at the time of purchase. After customs clearance, the order was delivered on February 20th at 13:21.
Only later that same day, at 21:48, you requested a change in the billing details to another country. Unfortunately, this is not permitted under Italian tax regulations. These reasons were clearly and promptly explained to you by our Customer Service team.
Subsequently, we received your return request and, once the product was received at our warehouse, an immediate refund was issued.
We regret your dissatisfaction, however we would like to emphasize that our actions have always been respectful of customer needs, while remaining fully compliant with the applicable regulations.
We remain fully committed to supporting our customers and continuously improving our service. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will take it into careful consideration.

Understated elegance and beautiful
I looked at Bulgari serpent watches but find them too much; price and size. I ordered the Just Cavalli serpent as I NEVER can find a watch that fits as my wrists are so thin, it drives me mad. I love the wrap around gold serpent. It is beautifully crafted but delicate and fits perfectly. I also love snakes. Classy watches.
