Excellent workmanship
I am very pleased with my new cat flap. Tom went over and above and also fitted a pane of glass where the old cat flap was. The new cat flap is through the wall and is much tidier than in the door. Everything was done professionally and all cleaned up. I would highly recommend justcatflaps. Perfect experience from start to finish. Thank you

Excellent service and communication
I am very happy with the communication and customer service received from Just Cat Flaps. Tom was very friendly and informative about the options at the measurement stage and went the extra mile to move the glass pane when it was taken out at the fitting. I was able to set up the microchip cat flap with ease and am very happy to see my new cat using the cat flap.

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Moved into a new property and needed a catflap fitting. Ben organised this very quickly for me and Tom came and fitted it within days of my enquiry. They also supplied a good quality catflap which saved me having to go and purchase one. Had a slight glitch with new one, but that was easily rectified. Would highly recommend this team. Thankyou

Hi Clare, thank you for your great review. It's good to hear that the service and product received was great, coupled with really good communication.
I'm sorry to learn now, that you found our pricing to be on the expensive side. We are very transparent and upfront with our pricing, which we review regularly to ensure we remain competitive. The invoice was for the same amount as the quotation accepted prior to the work being carried out. It's great to hear you would still recommend our cat flap installation service despite this. Thanks again for choosing Just Cat Flaps Ltd.
